Do Not waste your money with this company, I purchased one of the bundles, they make it look great!! However it is not, it arrived 5 days late even though I paid extra for next day delivery, the products are of really low quality and poorly made, they are cheap tat, I have tried to communicate with them, they are a complete waste of time, the customer service is shockingly bad, I’ve been trying to find a resolve with them for damaged gloves and poor quality clothing for over a week now and they aren’t doing anything about it, it’s left me out of pocket and with no choice but to go to Trading Standards and leaving a bad review, I haven’t worked to give them free money!! That’s essentially what you would be doing, I’ve always bought from a different company and I gave the hundred a chance to see what it was like, never ever will I buy from them again and I advise you to go elsewhere, I’m never buying from anywhere else now, sticking with the One Glove, absolute quality and service every single time, really disappointing experience with the Hundred, in my personal opinion it’s just a con, let’s face it, the amount of pushy advertising should have been enough to show me it was rubbish, I won’t be so stupid in future, stay away from this company
As I can’t respond to your reply I would like to add that if you think a black mouldy looking mark on a pair of gloves is acceptable then that says it all!! I can leave pictures if other people would like to see them, if you bought an item of clothing and it had a black mouldy looking mark on it would you keep it? No you wouldn’t, I think that attitude itself says a lot about your customer service, and the consumer rights act would 100% agree with me, as for the goodwill, you offered £10 off my next order and free delivery, what good is that to me? I would NEVER use your company again, so effectively you did nothing and gave nothing back, this is all now in the hands of trading standards who you will be hearing from, a full refund is the only solution here yet you expect me to pay yet again for tracked delivery to return or you want me to drive hundreds of miles to bring to the premises, absolute joke, let the legal people deal with it

We carefully reviewed the photo you provided and, based on our assessment, the small mark on the seam appeared to be cosmetic and would not affect the glove’s performance, grip or durability during use. For this reason, we did not consider it to be a manufacturing defect or an issue requiring a replacement.
That said, we still wanted to acknowledge your concerns and the inconvenience caused by the delivery delay. As a goodwill gesture, we offered account credit along with complimentary Next Day Delivery on your next order. Unfortunately, this resolution was declined.
We’re also sorry to hear that you felt our customer service fell short of your expectations. We take this feedback seriously and never want a customer to feel that their concerns have been ignored.
While we fully respect that the products may not have been right for you on this occasion, we do stand behind the quality of our products and our assessment of the glove issue. We also feel it is important to clarify that we did investigate the concern raised and made a genuine effort to provide a goodwill resolution, despite the mark being assessed as cosmetic rather than a manufacturing fault.
We’re sorry we weren’t able to reach an outcome that you were happy with, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

I didn't realise I missed the weekend deadline and was worried my order was lost because I dont next day delivery. Messaged customer services and Joy replied with 10 mins explaining everything. Incredible response time and so clear with the explanation. Thank you Again

still waiting for my replacement item
I ordered some padded trousers for my daughter, they were the wrong size so I sent back for an exchange which cost £7! Which I think is a lot considering I spent over £40 on the trousers and £5 delivery. I haven’t received the new size yet and have emailed 3 times to ask about the order but haven’t had a reply.
The item is good quality however customer service is terrible and puts me off buying again. I’ve now spent £50 have no item and no idea if anyone will ever respond to me or send out the item!
Edit, I have sent another message which has gone ignored and still have no item! I feel like the reply’s on here are for show and actual messages to you go ignored!

Great value
First time getting this brand, my son has used another brand for years but has been wanting to try these. Made a mistake with the gloves and bought spines but was able to remove them easily, thankfully! Great buy he says the skins are really comfortable, great grip on the gloves. Will be buying again

Check returns policy
Returns policy is store credit. Which isn’t all that clear when ordering. The keeper trousers seemed good quality but weren’t a good fit. I was disappointed to only get store credit and with the cost of shipping, shipping insurance and return shipping. Customer service were helpful after posting a trust pilot review and agreed a cash refund. Although I did have to chase this up.

Great quality gear.
I purchased the pre season bundle and was extremely happy with quality of it all.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I was shipped the wrong pair of trousers but after speaking with Joy from customer service she dealt with it all in a timely, kind and helpful manor. Some of the best customer service from a business I have received in a long while.

I’ve been a goalkeeper for all my life
I’ve been a goalkeeper for all my life, I’ve gone through a countless number of gloves, and I have to say these are one of the best I’ve ever used, the fit is perfect, a lot of grip, long lasting, and were absolutely perfect for me and couldn’t recommend them any more !

Academy bundle
My son has been using this company for the past 2 seasons, the added protection in the under armour gives him the protection and confidence to dive more.
We have bought the academy bundle both times and not only is it great value for money but the quality is unmatched. There is a great selection of gloves in multiple colours and styles with fantastic grip quality.

We have just received our 2nd academy pack. My daughter won't wear anything else. It keeps her protected but able to move freely and is breathable.
Freya will only wear 100 gloves now and they have become her signature glove
Customer service have also been fabulous and always on hand to answer an email checking on stock/sizing
