The workers didn’t fully explain that there would be a recurring monthly charge. When called to question it they replied with “we don’t explain it but it’s on the tablet”. Both my husband and I now just go to an orthopedic doctor instead of risking our health with a chirpiractor. If you feel this is a better route I would stay away from franchise chiropractors. Visit a private practice and pay cash, if possible. Chiropractors can be great but not these guys.

The Joint S. Hulen. First I was very satisfied with the care I received at this location. My issue is with their office management. In October 2025, I took advantage of their $89 monthly membership plan as it was recommended by the Dr. I needed nine treatments which would have cost $55/per visit. On December 12th I submitted a cancellation request on their website. January 1, 2026 my debit card was charged $89. I have been trying since to get my money back. The only contact I had with the office manager is after I filed a dispute with my bank. The office manager refuse to answer the bank's questions citing being a health facility they are prohibited from discussing personal information. This occurred January 7th and because of fraud concerns the card used was cancel and a new one issued the same day. According to the office manager a refund was sent out on January 8th and returned on the 12th reference the canceled card. January 14th I stopped by S Hulen and was told manager was working trying to figure out how to return my $89. According to a phone call to my bank if the transaction was forwarded directly to the bank they would post it to my account. Today is January 27th and I am still waiting.

Went in for a short program and they signed me up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge. Took 7 months before I realized they were charging my credit card. They wouldn't refund but 3 months. Funny that they sent me a receipt for the short program but I never got a receipt for the one they say I signed up for. And I was less than impressed with the results from the times I went.

Do Not Think to support this business, you get lured into their business by offering you a bone alignment for $30 dollars and once you are there they act very nice and offer you a plan to keep your body aligned and they tell you is that you need to sign up for a 2 month plan that is $169 dollars for the first month and that includes 10 sessions and the second month will be 6 sessions but what THEY DON’T TELL YOU is that this WILL BE a RECURRING CHARGE every single month. I took my wife and we were suckered in they just told my wife to sign to the 2 month agreement, I tried to cancel the agreement and they were VERY RUDE and told me That I couldn’t cancel the agreement because my wife had signed and that she would be the only one that was able to cancel. We requested a refund for the 2 months that we were charged AFTER the 2month agreement and the Manager Called my wife and was very Rude and Unprofessional. If you go to this business DO NOT SIGN anything, use their coupon for the one time that you are visiting because that is all you really need,
My wife had like 4 sessions and they all were with a different chiropractor and she felt like she was getting worse every time that is why we stopped going before the first month ended, I will be contacting the BBB to report them.

Once you are a regular you are treated like a number. First timers get catered too. The won't take reviews or make it impossible to cancel. So beware

I have been going to The Joint in Natomas since 2020, when my previous Chiropractor closed due to COVID and have been very happy with the fact that I can just walk in and be treated whenever I need an adjustment. The Chiropractors are all very good and friendly, but I recently found one who I will now always request when he is there. Dr Sanchzs can tell exactly where I need to be adjusted and target that spot, rather than just doing the basic adjustments. He has a real intuitive feel for the human body.

Do not go. do not sign their “monthly” package papers. They’ve been taking money out of my credit card every month. I’ve stopped going to them because I was not happy with the chiropractor. Even though i paid for 4 weeks. I went ONCE! They still took money out of my credit card for December and now January. Mind you it was for my twins so double the price. I called the front desk and they just sent me cancellation papers to sign. Said that they’d contact me about the return of the money that was taken out my account without my consent. No one called! Just feel SCAMMED! They said let’s do 4 weeks for the girls and after that 4 weeks we’ll see if they need to continue. So I paid for the 4 weeks. How is it not scamming that they’re taking over 100 bucks from my credit card since November?

The Joint has offered me POSITIVE INVESTMENT to my body care routine. The chiropractors give EDUCATIONAL EXERCISES as well as an easy in an out experience. I’m constantly on the go so to have a light conversation and adjustment makes my life easier to walk with my head held high! BEWARE the reviews of people who have used The Joints services incorrectly. I’ve seen these people first hand in clinics; they are rude and ignorant people who have no problem yelling at another human being for their own mistakes.GOOD VIBES STAY AT THE JOINT PERIODTTTT

I can only speak for the Pacific Northwest Joint chiropractic and what I’ve witnessed and experienced. Some of the negative reviews I don’t understand because I have never seen or heard of any of the things they claim. Like, as soon as you walk in the door they pressure you to buy a package or plan. First, the chiropractor does an exam , evaluation and gives you a recommended care plan that you choose to follow or not. For new patients payment for the initial visit is not even taken before exam. The options and cost for care are clear and thoroughly explained after exam and adjustment with documentation provided for your records.. The terms and conditions are clear. However, due to some valid issues or reasons to discontinue care early I have seen a lot of flexibility on their part. There is even an option to pause your membership for several months during a year at no cost if you are on the Wellness plan. The staff are genuinely interested and care for their patients. I have seen the chiropractor refer the patient out for different care if there is an issue, like needing X-rays, or blood pressure concerns. They have options tailored to your needs and finances. I know personally many who have been loyal to the Joint for years. No scam here.

Shady and unethical business practices. They use deceptive tactics to get your credit card information and push you into signing a sneaky contract without clearly explaining the terms.

When I called to question the charges and ask for a resolution, the representative was rude, refused to give her name, and hung up on me. After that, they completely avoided my calls.

Zero customer service, zero accountability. Once they have your payment, they do not care. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and proceeding with extreme caution.

I made an appointment online at the Wilshire location for 1 pm online and they accepted and the day of my appointment they canceled because they are close 2 pm . And according to them they called me to I informed my appointment is canceled. First of all they should have not accepted my appointment them knowing that they are close 2 pm . Update your webpage for people not to book at 1 pm . Second the lady who called me to inform my appointment was canceled have a big time attitude problem that have no compassion for future patients which makes me think if it is worth considering another appointment. In my experience I would not recommend The Joint Chiropractor to my friends and family members that I let them know how bad was my experience and even in social media.

I don't think they even deserve a star. I had a wonderful doctor, that lost his stay at a clinic, due to not bringing in enough money. He started with The Joint. So I started seeing him there. Their high pressure tactics to sign you up before you even see a doctor. The doctors are timed so no real care is happening. They just have to get your money not actually help.
Their schedules had them at different locations constantly. I would have to drive around the treasure valley to find him. The one time I used someone else, he hurt me and set back my progress.
The owner literally creeped me and my husband out. Very weird man. They treat the art of chiropractic like a cattle shoot for money. Not only abusing the doctors but harassing and abusing patients for selfish gain. Unfortunately I lost a really good chiropractor due to this system. He was offered a better job and left the area. So sad good doctors are chased off by money grubbing quacks like @ the Joint☹️

Dr. Cory Noll is no longer at The Joint South Asheville or West Asheville, NC,, and that is incredibly disappointing. He was, by far, the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. I purchased the 4-visits-per-month plan because of Dr. Noll — his treatments were effective, thoughtful, and actually resolved my issues. The improvement I experienced was thanks entirely to his expertise.

Without Dr. Noll, The Joint no longer provides the level of care that earned my loyalty. They truly lost a great one!

Their table is extremely narrow. On having me lay sideways (in order to pop my lower back) the doctor actually had me partially in the air, off the side of the table. I've had maybe a dozen previous chiropractors, who all had tables twice the width of The Joint's tables, and none of them had me partially in the air. Anyway, when the doctor popped my left side, with my right hip down and partially off the table, when he separated the two halves of my lower body versus my upper body, he did it so hard and violently, that it pressed the side of my right thigh into the edge of the table very hard! It hurt!!! It is now two days after and the side of my right thigh is very sore! Then he popped the other lower back, and when I got home, I am now having the worst hip pain of my life!!! I have double hip arthritis, which I told him about, and that I still wanted him to align my lower back - but I failed to mention he should do it as gently as possible: not a quick violent motion!!! I am hurting so bad, I'm wondering if he damaged something, or even chipped some cartilage or bone, which are probably brittle, since I have double hip arthritis and I am 71 years old. I won't go back to this chiropractor but the good thing is that The Joint has multiple doctors I can go to.

Moreno Valley California location is permanently closed.

please make a note that they are closed. corporate will not help you and you will lose money. they used to be good locations of this franchise LOL but not anymore.

this company has a lot of nerve to inflate their prices like that. it's just not honest dealing. no compassion, no reliability or professionalism. please choose a real chiropractor

I strive to see Dr. Teena each time I visit the Joint Chiropractic. She performs such a gentle and healing, yet EFFECTIVE adjustment for me, while also checking in with me as a human being. I always enjoy a heartfelt laugh at some point in the visit, and leave feeling so much more comfortable in my body, and yet also healed in my spirit, like I'm "seen" as a whole person.
My headaches have gone away as a result of discovering the adjustment that works for me and my neck issues. Pain relief has been a huge benefit, especially at work.
I love Dr. Teena so much and she's why I keep coming back again and again!

I went for my first adjustment. He asked me preliminary questions, and read my blood pressure.

Then said we should be ok. Well, one middle back adjustment, and I have had rib pain for almost three weeks. I will never come again.

SCAM!! Never mind No xrays and very limited adjustments...wait til you try to cancel! I have been working in California and didnt go for 2 months and they kept charged my card...I went in to cancel and they said I had to pay my balance to cancel. I filed w my bank and got my money back. I went in to a location here and filled out cancelation form and was told that would do it. This morning they charged me 79 again!!! SCAM!!!

I think that changing your policy to needing appointments is going to make people want to find another chiropractor this is a bad business move. I will be giving my next Chiropractic care facility. All of my ideas for advertising against you. If you do not change your policy back.

I have not used my membership in well over a year over the past 6 months I have left no fewer than 6 messages asking the Onreco Station, OR to calle so I can cancel. You are required to call the clinic they have not returned ANY of my calls or cancelled my membership despite my messages being very detailed. $79 x 6= $474. I do not have money to burn.
