Well thought out product
The staff at Tower Finance are knowledgeable and helpful. All of them are happy to go the extra mile. The product we used (Inheritance Advance) is a well-thought-out package with excellent terms. The process was easy and affordable and enabled us to move forwards with the process of dealing with a loss of a loved one without waiting for the lengthy and time-consuming probate process to be completed.

Invaluable Help
After my father died I had no idea how I could ever afford to get things sorted out. The cost of clearing the house and storage of some items was huge on its own. Then after going on Google I found Tower Street Finance, I was rather sceptical but gave them a call to see if they could help, and to my great relief was told they probably could. Don't get me wrong it took longer than I expected, but that was maybe down to myself not realising all that's involved, in all it took just over 2 months to get the money, this was largely down to the estate administration paperwork and searches etc, I have been told it can often be quicker if there was a Will and other information already collected. But it's all sorted now and I can get things done and move on. A huge big thank you to Anya who was amazing even when I was getting a little stressed, also to Amber and the rest of the team. If you think you are stuck financially after a bereavement, give them a call, they might just be the solution you are looking for !!

1st choice of Estate Finance
Finance was required in order to gain IHT421, I naively assumed that HMRC would allow probate to be granted, then, the debts of the estate could be settled. Sadly, not the case, but on my solicitor's recommendation, Towerstreet finance provided the funds with NO problems

Light at the end of the tunnel.
After frustrating delays due to the incompetence of the probate office for over a year, I then found that the HMRC was holding things up because they wanted IHT stage payments from an asset only estate. On the recommendation of my legal representative contact was made with Tower Street Finance to provide the necessary funding to clear the 'log jam'. The paperwork and support from Tower Street has been absolutely first class. Can highly recommend.

Excellent service
The ladies (Anya and Rebecca) dealt with my advance and everything was explained and clear before moving forward. They were very helpful and professional at all times. It was important to me that I could speak to them for advice whenever I needed especially dealing with my late mothers property and they were always there not just on a professional level but also a friend.
