On being recommended "level" by my probate solicitor I called them up for a lowdown on the "who, why, what's " of their system to receive a loan or advance on my late mothers will. I was met with strong answers that I understood clearly. The staff I spoke with were polite and had all the product knowledge you could wish for ... They answered my questions with strength and confidence. I was granted funds within approximately a week of them receiving all the relevant info to satisfy the safe return of the funds issued.

I increased my advance approximately 1 month later and have to pay particular thanks to Thato who made sure the process was completed in time for me to get a transfer of funds on the pay run for that day .
