The Level group enabled me to access funds from my fathers estate as a probate/iheritance advance loan.

The team is very helpful and always a phonecall away, James and Archie were very helpful and were a phonecall away had I any question or confusion and other teams members such as Will were alway on hand to check details of my case.

Similar to the last review provided 6 days ago. Enquiry was made in the morning and representative on the phone submitted application to complete. The form itself captured personal data including bank details as requested. Having submitted the application within 30 minutes, approx.. 2 hours later email received stating that Tower Street Finance are not taking applications at this time.

It feels the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and a total waste of time. So, I fully concur with the last 1 star review.

All I can say be mindful, there are plenty of other financial organisations out there providing the same type of product and are very helpful and too are regulated by the FCA.

The concern I had was that Tower Street Finance had my data but as per my instruction did confirm that it is now deleted. Furthermore, having asked for clarification/reasoning, no further response.

My loan for Probate was withdrawn at the last minute by a phone call. No explanation given in the call and subsequent email. Totally unprofessional company. My legal advisers were shocked. In addition they did not have the courtesy in returning their calls or giving them a reason either.

I had a very good experience with TSF, they answered all my questions and quickly responded to me, excellent customer service.
