Not even 1 star, I bought £350 worth of products and returned them at my own cost. I’ve had no refund. No one gets back to you via email, the phone lines don’t work. The live chat doesn’t work. This company is a scam.

Please do not use this company which is part of the Lancashire Electrical Lamp Company. Zero customer service, poor quality products and aggressive behaviour when we attempted to find a solution. Over £1000 out of pocket, and irrespective of how they may chose to respond to this review, its utterly shameless.

I ordered a lamp shade which was not suitable. Returned it at my own cost and I’ve not heard a thing from them. I’ve rang, fake number and I’ve emailed, had no response. I’ve said goodbye to my £55.00 refund. Absolutely disgraceful 😡

The company is a SCAM. Ordered an item that did not arrive. It is impossible to call them as they’re having “technical issue” for the last few weeks. I have emailed twice with no response. Will be reporting them. I wish I saw the other reviews before,

The mercury vapour bulbs I ordered for my moth trap were well priced compared to others, arrived quickly and well packaged.

Only giving 1 star as you can't give lower.

The items I bought were fine, just not what I wanted.

Returned as per their procedure, haven't had a refund and can't get hold of them.

I bought a Pedestal Fan online on July 6, 2026 & paid 64.45 by debit card. It was delivered the next day
(made in China stamped on it). After assembling it
& switching on, the motor made a rattling noise &
overheated, becoming too hot to touch. 2 neighbors
were having coffee & witnessed it was defective &
dangerous. It's impossible to reach anyone at the Lighting Centre by phone or email, they don't pick up the phone & the many emails I've sent, are not replied to. I've been left with a Fan that's never worked. This is a terrible company, don't buy from them !

I received a smashed bulb and battered fitting. Despite trying to contact them via every possible route - multiple emails, socials, phone, live chat. No one ever gets back to you and I now have two unusable items.

I purchased an item through their ebay store and the 5***** service was excellent. Great communications,Very well packed and the item arrived on time. Highly Recommended, thank you.

They do not answer their phone I didn’t receive my delivery and there is no way for me to contact them. Complete lack of customer service.

Placed an order for light bulbs that I received fine except one of them was damaged. I then placed another order for a couple more light bulbs and emailed asking for them to include a replacement for the damaged bulb in the new order. I never received a response to my email and the 2nd order was never despatched. I chased this up by email and was again ignored. The phone line constantly says they are experiencing technical difficulties and they don't respond to the live chat either. This company are basically just criminals and I don't know how they haven't been shut down.

Ordered on Monday paid the necessary delivery charge and it arrived on Tuesday as promised very good service would shop with you again.

Great service, packaged so well, no way was anything going to break.

I ordered two bedsides lamps with shades, the lamps arrived with the shades. I have tried contacting by phone - they are not contactable. I have sent numerous emails within hours of the incorrect delivery and the next few days and yet not received a response. I have tried using the AI customer care service again did not receive any response. Overall very poor service and after sales care.

Love the light, it looks great. Inclusion of white gloves for changing bulbs etc was a nice touch. Fast delivery also

I have a missing screw from the light I ordered. I have emailed them and no reply yet.

I ordered a replacement glass globe for my chandelier and chose next day delivery. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail or tracking number yet the money was taken straight out of my account! My order never arrived. I phoned customer services but message said technical difficulties meant the phones weren’t working and my e-mail had no response. I paid with paypal so have reported it and will get a refund. This seems like a scam or a very very bad company! Do not use!
