I absolutely love bed this website it was quite literally my ride or die it will get you those high level interpretations that sets you apart from the rest honestly if you invest in one thing your entire gcse journey please please get this it will not fail you. When I started this I was on a 5 in both literature and language and needed up with 2 eights I am so happy I could not have done it without this website. It almost guarantees you will jump grades enormously and I only started using it 2 weeks before my exam it is the best thing you can do to secure yourself top grades.

Honestly, I don’t know what to say. I was moved to tears by my results. I moved countries 2 years ago and joined my school. I found English extremely difficult and thought I would fail. Thanks to the light up hub, I got a 9 in English literature and full marks in paper 1. Using their English language structure, I got an 8! I am soo thankful.

honestly the best decision i have made at my gcse journey took me from grade 3 to grade 8 in less than 8 month worth every penny Strongly recommended xxx

SO good, i mainly used this because i was struggling with paper 1 of english literature, but the last time i did paper 1 i was at a 5, and because i used lightuphub i literally went from a grade 9 in my paper 1 with 52/64. i did get a 6 as an overall grade but that was because my paper 2 was at a grade 5, we are getting it remarked though as my teacher thinks my paper 2 should of been marked higher. lightuphub is SO worth it if you’re struggling, because i mainly just wanted a 7 in paper 1 and i ended up with a 9!! same for english language paper 2, in my mock i got a 3, in the real thing i got a 7 on paper 2 but because my paper 1 was lower i got a 5 which is what i wanted, again i am getting that remarked.

i recommend so much

The light up hub is truly incredible. At the start of year 11 I struggled so much with both English language and literature consistently getting grade 4s and 5s in my mocks. However since discovering this amazing website my confidence in English lessons along side my grades have improved significantly. The model answers and video lessons were by far my favourite features. Yesterday I opened my exam results to see grade 7s in both English literature and language. I was mind blown. I just want to say a huge thank you to the light up hub team for helping me reach my full potential in English.

I got access to Lightuphub for my eldest 2 years ago and he went from a 2 and a 3 to a 4 and a 5. I didn't hesitate to get access to it for my youngest who got his results yesterday. He never got higher than 3s in his mocks and got a 6 in both yesterday! I am thrilled and would highly recommend Lightuphub to any GCSE students wanting to get higher grades in their English exams.

signed up for light up hub only a few months before my exams, was predicted 3s and 4s in my mocks but went through all the stages for English language and literature in the light up hub and managed to get a 8 in language and 9 in lit all from light up hub! It really is worth it I never would have imagined I could get higher than a 5 but the light up hub works around u which I love most!!!

100% recommend boosted my grade so much in a little time I used the last minute revision section thank you so much!!

Very helpful quotes and grade 9 analysis! Helped me save lots of time when it came to making revisions resources which me feel less stressed!

The light up hub was great as it helped me gather information for each texts which I used to make flashcards, eventually helping me get full marks in my literature paper 1 gcse which I was not expecting at all and was so happy with.

I got the light up hub after I was graded a 6 in January mocks, from March to june, and I got an 8 in English literature on my results day. I think it’s super easy to use and helped immensely with my revision! I recommend highly ⭐

The light up hub provides an easy to navigate interface with deep, unique analysis for all levels of students.

I really relied on the videos to get me through my GCSEs! I don’t know what I would do without their useful top tips that helped me get a grade 7 in English language and grade 8 in English literature.

While the app is very well built and geared with perfect annotations and notes. It’s heavily geared towards the AQA and Edexcel GCSE boards. As an IGCSE student, the help it provided therefore was limited. However, if I did use these boards, this would be my first choice.

I signed up 3 months before GCSE's as I was scraping 5s and needed a 6. The website is interactive so not boring and videos are easy to follow and incorporate into your own work. After using the website I ended up achieving an 8 in lit and 7 in language. I never thought this was possible i'm honestly so so grateful thank you so much!!

Such a great revision resource for english. I love all the high level phrases and vocabulary they give you to ensure the top bands. Just make sure you check what exam board you are doing.

Predictions are an absolute life saver and was able to get my dream grades

Honestly the lightuphub has boosted my confidence in creative writing and my skills in English. As someone who used to be able to pass English my confidence dropped and my grades had dropped at the start of year 11. That’s when I subscribed to the lightuphub which helped MASSIVELY improve my grades from once was a 3 to a 5!! In both English lit and language. Their videos and grade 9 vocabulary helped me massively as someone who struggles revising watching their videos and writing their knowledge helped me so well. Honestly thanks to this app I have passed English and it’s all thanks to them. I will forever remember VAGGAS ( the acronym for Macbeth themes)

Before I purchased the LightUpHub's Macbeth booster pack, all essays I had handed in were stuck at a 6. I struggled to understand deeper meaning behind the story and impactful quotes to call back to in my practise. After watching Aaliyah's in-detail videos, creating flashcards and learning off them to refresh my memory, I became more and more confident. Her acronyms and easy to follow break-downs of the themes alongside some hardwork was the only reason I managed to achieve 84% on Paper 1, and in total a grade 8 in English Literature. If you are stuck on where to start with not a lot of time, the light up hub makes it able for that to turn around. Thank you for helping me reach my goals!!

I started at a 5 on English lit and ended up with a 9 with help from thelightuphub and my teachers at school and mr salles .
I only used the free stuff but it still went a long way. Thank you!
