The LOCAL Plumbers Avis

Plumber arrived on time . Was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did a first class job

Professional and prompt service, would recommend them. If I could give an extra star I would.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. When I awoke to a leak from my loft, they had me sorted before the close of business on the same day.

Friendly and kind plumber. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. Offered to help refill my cupboards which l did not expect.

Came out very quickly at an agreed time slot, had to order parts but as soon as they arrived they came and fixed the issue, kept us informed at all times and the plumber was very polite and explained things well. Would recommend this company.

Really nice man very quick and efficient. Only phoned about 10 and they had me sorted by 2.

From the initial phone call I got expert advice and the plumber arrived earlier than quoted and after a quick run through the fault and what needed to be done . Plus the payment procedure and my acceptance to it being carried out . Promptly fixed the fault re balanced the boiler pressure and ensured I was happy either everything . Professional job done 5 star service

Plumber was friendly and efficient. Clean job done. Came within a few hours of our first phone call.

The company were so easy to get hold of and were able to get a plumber allocated to me very quickly. The plumber that attended was knowledgeable and friendly, and did a wonderful job fixing the issue while showing me what everything was and how it was resolved. I am extremely happy with the service given.

Fast response to our leaking valve on our water tank in the loft, absolutely excellent service, faulty valve replaced with brand new connectors and flexible pipe would highly recommend this company

They came out to fix a problem with the toilet within an hour of calling. Plumber explained what needed to be done and cost. Completed very quickly. Would definitely recommend Local plumbers. Excellent service

Came out same day to check out the job.
Returned the following day to do the job - no issues. Would highly recommend!

Despite two wrong purchases by myself you were patient with us and never gave up on us. The plumber was pleasant, professional and helpful. All you could ask for. Overall a very pleasing experience.

Most of these reviews are fake, they give a price of either 62.50 or 82.50 per half hour, they charge you for the first hour so potentially £198 an hour. Your better off searching for an actual local plumber from your area instead of this call ctr which is based in Kent. Customer service is so poor especially the one called dan who has a stinking attitude and Kyle who hasn't got a clue

I was pleased with the quick response to my initial call. I was given options about appointment times and I received a call back shortly afterwards from the plumber. The problems were discussed and the work carried out speediky and efficiently. I would use the company again.

Excellent service pleasure doing business definitely use again

Great service time wise, polite and professional, got the job done within a good time frame. Maybe a bit expensive for a non emergency, but probably the going rate.

The faulty stopcock was fixed, and the engineer new exactly what part was required as it was a very old stopcock. Fantastic service all round.

Excellent service fixed our bath tap, replaced old taps with new.
