This website along with MaskedChefUk (sister companies) are totally fraudulent and you won't receive any items let alone a response!
Trading Standards are involved now so hopefully they will be shut down soon.

I ordered purple face masks and paid £20 on 12th November 2020. Have received nothing just automated messages saying they are on order. Scammers and robbers. Feel sick that I have lost money that I can barely afford, but urgently needed these masks.

I wish I had read all these reviews before I placed an order. I too ordered masks in January 2021 but by March I thought I have waited long enough, so I emailed the company only to get an automated reply saying there was a delay and the tracking reference showed that the goods were ordered but not yet shipped. I have sent 4 emails and received the same automated reply. I even found an address for them so I sent a letter keeping my fingers crossed that they would answer. Mind you when I saw the address I thought I'm wasting my time here as the address was a Flat No (Flat 4, White Rose Court, Widegate Street, LONDON, E1 7ES). If I lived in the London area I would be there knocking on their door as it is obviously a scam and reading these reviews there are an awful lot of us who have been scammed!

I ordered goods on 9th January and have not received them, have sent numerous emails asking for my order to be cancelled and refund my money, but only get automated email response. This seems to be a scam reading all the other comments. For anyone who reads this please do not order from Lockdown Kitchen, as I think I have also lost my money along with countless others. They should not have been allowed to advertise on Facebook.

I ordered masks in February. When they still hadn't arrived after 6 weeks I emailed the company and received an automated email saying there were delivery delays. The site is now closed whilst they 'evaluate the way forward' I think I've lost my money along with many others leaving a review here

Have ordered from the Masked Chef Ltd a subsiduary of the Lockdown Kitchen - I paid £34.99 and have never received my item despite several emails I have not had any responses either - this is potentially a FAKE SITE

I’ve given a 1 star but they don’t deserve even that. Ordered masks on the 2nd of February and they still haven’t been shipped. Asked for a refund and I just get what I think is an automated reply saying the are having a problem but they will be shipped. I think I have lost that money.

Zero rating, zero product receipt, zero customer service. Robbing all these people of money, might only be £10 here and there but it all adds up disgusting!

I would give a zero star rating if that were possible. Masks ordered 22/1/21, aware that it might take a couple of weeks to fulfill but despite 4 requests for an update, nothing but a big standard response of order being dealt with. I have asked for refund/order cancellation to no avail. Appalling lack of customer service.

No order received 3 months after payment was made. All communication has been ignored.

I’d leave 0 stars if that was possible! Like pretty much everyone on here, I ordered face masks on 5th January. They took the money quick enough but I’ve never received the goods. Emails to them are just being ignored. They’ve clearly enjoyed ripping people off!

I too ordered face masks in January and constantly get auto feed replies that the goods are held up
I've requested a refund twice but ignored. They are a con dont order from them

I ordered masks on 21/01/21 they have still not arrived but my credit card has been charged. I have sent emails and requested a refund as I do not believe they will ever send my order. No reply.
Looks like trading standards need to take a look at this company.

Also been waiting for my utensil set ordered in November, no response to my emails. I think Joe Lycett needs to hear about this company #Joe’sgotyourback

Have been waiting 4 months for my masks. Just being fobbed off. Have asked for a refund. The status on the account says not sent

Should have checked reviews before ordering. I ordered face masks on 27th January and waited the two weeks that had been asked but after three weeks when nothing had arrived I got in contact with them. Just got standard reply that they are experiencing difficulties. It is now March and I have sent several emails but get the same response. They must be laughing all the way to the bank I am just relieved I didn't spend more money. This has made me dubious about following links on Facebook although this has never happened before.

Zero Rating! The same comments as before. Been waiting for my products since last August, nothing!. No response to emails at all. DO NOT USE!

Actually 0 rate, like all others 3 month and counting, nothing delivered, and zero response. They should be banned, absolute scum.
