Chris is an informative, friendly & attentive Property Manager.

I am renting space on the fourth floor. Grateful for inside storage & climate control. Facility is clean & well lighted throughout with numerous carts for hauling. In 2020 I rented a "space" (read used "box" from an old rental truck) from a national company that was exposed to all weather conditions. I didn't go back there this time. Instead I found The Lockup Self Storage & am thrilled to death.

Pricing is competitive especially for inside storage. Love the availability of a one day truck "rental" & a multitude of security cameras.

Property is SO easy to get to from the corners of Summerlin & College Pkwy.

Mike and Jorge are great!!!!1.....Customer service is outstanding.Very Clean.

I have a lifetime of storage experience. As a popular DJ in the Bay Area since 1979. I have rented space from every mainland storage company, some GOOD some BAD a few very uGly. ONLY 1 stands alone as GREAT,THE LOCK UP WAIKIKI. Since 2018 I have rented from the lock up on & off,ALWAYS there ready to assist when needed. After decades of rental space experience ONLY 2 things really matter to me. #1 LOW COST
#2 Excellent, Superior, ULTIMATE customer service. Those 2 things I get & enjoy from The Lock up.
Maryanne & her ever changing ever growing team of rental experts make renting at The Lock up a painless endeavor. She is the ONLY reason I rent from the LOCK Up. But here are two a renter will receive #1. extended gate hours 5am-11pm # FREE truck on move in day (NOT move OUT)
PRICES are competitive. Web rates even better. Web site is EZ to navigate. Not sure about space size? Team Maryanne can help. Want to check other facilities book your unit and put it on a 7-14 day hold & lock in your rate.

BTW- nothing or no one is perfect many companies have changed since the Pandemic, MY few complaints will be for a later review. Mahalo for reminding open during and after the COVID years. It was refreshing & reassuring to know that Maryanne is STILL the manager she is the sole reason I returned. She actually stole me away from a competitor who I won't mention in this review.

A seemless transfer from one larger storage unit to a smaller storage unit based upon changing needs. Office staff was very helpful.

I switched out units for a better monthly rate. Every bit of saved money goes a long way in this wonderful economy we are dealing with. The new employee that took over the previous employees position was looking out for my best interest. She lowered my monthly rate by about $60. Been a customer for about three years now. Go here before you choose another storage facility.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is clean,well lit and safe. The carts are very helpful and hours are convenient.

Could not be more happy with the excellent customer service we received at the Kedzie Avenue location. The lady on the desk that day worked with us to find the right unit that fit our needs. She went over and beyond, even loaned us a snow shovel.

Adria and Bonnie were very professional in helping me locate a suitable unit. On moving day, Bonnie was especially helpful. They are great representatives of the company.

Curtis, the property manager, and Grace, his assistant, were tremendously helpful to me as I tried to find a suitable solution for a storage issue I was experiencing. I peppered them with many questions, and they were always unfailingly patient, polite, and professional with me. Any information I needed to help me make my decision, they were more than happy to provide me, and they returned my phone calls promptly or checked in with me to see if I had everything I needed. Their assistance was invaluable, and I cannot sing their praises enough!
