I decided to consolidate two units into one before the end of the monthly term. Unfortunately the consolidation didn't work as planned for the first new unit.

The staff helped secure a second unit that would better fit my needs and were exceptionally cooperative and patient to help solve my problem.

The clock was ticking and because of their assistance I was able to complete the transfer of my belongings before time ran out. A very busy two days for me, but they eased the pain tremendously. I cannot thank them enough!

I booked online at a fair rate, but it was Bonnie’s follow up call that set the tone for the wonderful service I received when I arrived to complete my contract. She is super efficient while demonstrating a welcoming vibe…she made a difficult situation (divorce) into a truly positive experience! The unit is easy to access and the 5x10 space can accommodate quite a bit of boxes, bins, rugs and furniture, but it’s Bonnie who makes this location extra special!

This is a great facility. Very helpful folks, building is clean and climate controlled. There is plenty of parking and everything is convenient, even during busy times.

The customer service is outstanding! Also the facilities are spotless and smell fresh and clean.

Loved being able to pull into a protected bay area to unload. The paperwork form was clear and simple. The manager presented the different size options so I could make a qualified choice for my belongings. I was given instructions on the elevator use and code info. The carts to offload my things were lined up & easily available to use - and the facility was very clean. Everything was easy to get things done and get out quickly.

Curtis was extremely helpful! The storage area is clean, well lit and easily accessible.

The front desk was very helpful when wanted to switch units. It’s clean, cool, and has good security.

The facility is in a good location and easy to get to from Waikiki Beach. The staff are totally professional, competent, courteous, and friendly. The storage building is very practical with ease of access, highly secure systems & surveillance, plenty of vehicular entrances & parking, and elevators & cargo carts. There is no doubt that 'The Lock Up' is a premier storage business which is really worth the investment to store your stuff.
