The employee did a great job explaining to me the lock up storage facility and all of the rules and procedures in a nice way. My only complaint is the monthly price is higher than I thought it would be.

My move-in was easy associate was very friendly and courteous. The place is very clean and I Highly recommended.

The process online was easy and quick. Upon arriving in person everything was explained efficiently (they were considerate at the fact that I was coming during a work break and moved quickly). Professional and friendly!

The manager is superb, efficient, knowledegable, helpful, clearly running a smooth ship.
The entire facility is indoors, climate controlled, and spotlessly clean
Security cameras film all corridors and comings and goings.
The unit is impeccable, immaculately clean, and with carpeting.
It is easily accessible, just off of a main street.
A bonus was the use of a free, also very clean, moving truck!

No mention on the phone when booking the unit that if I decline their insurance then I must provide proof of homeowners or rental insurance. Only when prevented from early check in did I realize this. Spoke to a representative who told me that they would talk with Jason and this would be waived. Not the case when I arrived and then was given the impression that I can provide this information online later. Not the case, but thankfully I was able to get AmFam on the phone late in the day and they forwarded the information.

I received excellent customer service from Sean in the St. Petersburg location. He showed me two different sizes of locker, and answered all my questions completely.

Personal customer service each and every time that I have ever needed anything. If they are not available at the time of your call you will receive a call back asap asking how they can assist you. The facility is always clean. The staff is amazing.
