This garage was recommended to me by another garage that did not offer the services I required, and I am happy they did. I had to call about 15 garages before I found one that would fit custom parts, I'm not sure why Google maps doesn't rank it higher. I was able to book a slot within 3 business days, while other garages in the area needed 2 to 3 weeks. Great service and customer service.

Despite already being busy, the guys didn’t hesitate in assisting me when I had a problem with my van. Honest and diligent with their diagnosis, their pricing was extremely competitive too. 5 star all round, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The guys at lost socket are super informative and carry out work to the best standard. They also fitted me in at short notice which was appreciated greatly.

I had to take my car in for its service, and so headed to the Lost Socket to see Nat and Chris. They were able to schedule me in within a few days of making the call. It was an appointment first thing in the morning, and I got stuck in traffic around Warwick on the way there. It turns out that they were also caught in the traffic (there'd been a massive accident on the A46), and I had a call from their colleague Dan to say that they were running a few minutes late! I appreciated the call, and we ended up arriving at the same time.

I had to work, and so I spent some time in their nice waiting room on the sofa with my laptop, where I also had access to the wifi, and was offered hot beverages.

As usual, they took great car of my car, and explained exactly what they were doing, and made some recommendations of what might be coming down the road.

I am really pleased to have found this garage. They've been looking after my car for the last year now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are kind, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

My starter motor failed and I needed it doing ASAP. I was recommended The Lost Socket so I called and managed to get booked in in good time. I got a call as soon as my car was ready. The price was also reasonable (i.e. what I expected and no more). The Team were professional and friendly, also efficient and helpful. Would definitely book my car in with them again
