Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. Ordered a pair of Off White sliders, which initially the delivery took an extra 4 days than described online (ok this happens). The complete wrong pair turned up, which wasn’t even on the website, so not sure if they was far cheaper pair or not. I emailed explaining the situation, asking for the best way to sort this with no response. Followed the email up with 2 others and also online chats and messages, all of which was ignored. The sliders being sent wrong I can live with mistakes happen, they are actually a nice pair (which is lucky). The no response isn’t good enough though from a company selling high end products at a high price tag, without the capacity for any after sales correspondence or duty of care

I’m a returning customer

I’m a returning customer, very happy with the customer service and quality of my orders. I ordered a pair of Balenciaga trainers which were too small, the communication and return was easy to do and I received my new size trainers promptly. I will definitely be buying here again.

Been 4 days yet no response on my order, and when I contact the support I don’t receive no reply? I’m assuming I’d have to wait a while longer for a reply, however I will keep this updated.

Update: I was right, stay far away from this place!

To be avoided. Stock is inaccurate and client service inexistant.

Items were not available and it took 3 e-mails before I got any update about it. They finally cancelled the order, but the refund has never been processed. Total scam, to be avoided at all costs.

**edit: refund was processed after I had sent 3 e-mails to ask for it. Indeed, after an email asking for a cancellation of the order as they did not have the items in stock, the refund did not occur. How strange… it’s only after 2 more e-mails - and this negative review, that the refund finally happened! One month lost while they never had the item in stock in the first place, giving you no update unless you relentlessly ask for it!

***edit 2: they are now threatening me of legal action if I don’t remove this negative review. I stand by it and will not remove it. What a waste of time they could spend on honoring clients’ orders in the first place…

Firstly, we would like to clarify that your statement regarding the refund not being processed is inaccurate. Our records show that the refund was indeed processed following our standard procedures. And as we mentioned to yourself, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account due to the processing time of your financial institution. This information was communicated to you during our interactions.

We understand that waiting for a refund can be inconvenient, and we empathise with your situation, however there is nothing we can do from our side to speed up this process unfortunately. As you may or may not know with processing refunds, it does not show straight back in your account instantly after we process it. This is the same with every single online retailer you will ever shop with. The fact that you send us emails and leave a negative review after the refund has been processed does not make it show in your account any quicker we're afraid.

Regarding the issue with item availability, we sincerely apologise for this. We faced an unexpected challenge with our inventory at that time, which caused the delay in fulfilling your order. While we did cancel the order and process the refund as requested by yourself, we acknowledge that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

However, we must address your use of the term "scam." Labelling our business as such is a serious allegation. As mentioned earlier, the refund was processed, and we always aim to deliver a fair and transparent service to our customers. We genuinely care about our customers' satisfaction and work diligently to resolve any issues that arise.

Regarding your "**edit" : You will notice that your order was cancelled and refunded after the one and only email you sent asking for the order to be cancelled. Please check your emails again and you will notice that you sent an email asking for the order to be cancelled at 3:39pm UK time and you received an 'order cancelled' email the very same day at 4:51pm UK time. We ask that you please stop publishing misinformation on your review.

We strongly suggest that you take appropriate steps to remove and correct the false statements in your review, claiming that "the refund was never processed", that our company is a "total scam" and "refund was processed after I had sent 3 e-mails to ask for it!" before we take further action to stop your attempts at trying to cause harm to our business.

First and last experience with this company

I purchased a Prada gilet from their website, after 3 days of placing the order I didn't receive any updates of dispatch confirmation. After emailing them multiple times, they finally responded, saying that my order would be delayed. What a waste of time. Not all stock is owned by them on the website, They source their clothes from other websites, making them a middle man business. This is my first and last experience with them!

Was a bit nervous ordering

After placing an order and then reading reviews I got a bit nervous when my order was delayed - especially as when i checked back on the website it was out of stock.
