Fantastic Customer Service
The Customer Service from TLS is second to none. I ordered a jumper that unfortunately tore when I first put it on (SI Fine knit) which I sent back and was refunded without any hesitation (SI admitted fault) and the communications from Dan have been instant and very friendly and professional. I will have no hesitation when using TLS again. They sell a wide range of designer gear as well.

Great price. Cheaper than any other site. Notified of delay in delivery with a 10 percent discount for the Inconvenience. Only downside was they sent the top without ny wrapping at all besides in the courier bag. Bag was posted through letterbox. It was also ripped. For a item worth near £360.00 it was very poorly packed and delivered. When notified them of it there explanation was margins are short so therefore can't use boxes etc to post out. Found that a bit unprofessional on there part. I've recieved items less than a pound packed better.

The item was not damaged in any way and items have never been damaged when delivered like this. Unfortunately we do not control how DHL deliver parcels so there is nothing we can do about it being posted through your letterbox.

Bad Customer Service
This was my first time ordering from this store. I have to say I wish I went with my gut. Firstly took very long to send the item and the day they said they would eventually sent it out they claimed that their courier forgot the parcel in the warehouse. Then when I revived my parcel 8 days later they gave me the wrong size. I wanted them to send me the right one but when I went on the website the shoe I ordered in the size I originally wanted was out of stock. They wasn’t very apologetic. They only offered my 10% off my first order when the item was late but nothing was further honoured to me when I received my parcel when it was the wrong size. Very disappointing. Never ordering from here again. Went to farfetch straight away and obviously was very pleased.
