Excellent service and advice. Big shout out to Nic. Very knowledgable and helpful. Great products. Not a fan of EVRI standard delivery timeframe. Next day option is very expensive. Would recommend TMM every time. Try the brew school too. Excellent.

Thanks for the review, shipping is always a tricky one to get right - but that's why we have all the options in place for folks and we are always looking at ways to enhance this section - for example, after some customer feedback, we have added in an alternative to DHL free shipping over £100 so they can now pick between the or half price DPD

I cannot fault Malt Millers website and the excellent service they provide, I've used them since 2021 when I started home brewing and I have found them to be of great value and sound quality. However, their real secret sauce is their wonderful advice and support where their experience really shines through.

I am a huge MM fan! Great website with a huge range of products with swift delivery. If any thing goes wrong which is rare, customer service is excellent. Nic was brilliant when a was struggling with a kit order a few weeks ago. Theses guys are great supporters of home brewers and their videos are ‘must watch’ and where you witness the passion Rob and the team have for our hobby. Thanks to all at TMM.

TMM is great for product range and price!
I've been shopping with TMM for over a year now, because their product range is great, prices are reasonable and delivery is fast.
The real benefit is the great videos they produce. They provide lots of tips, advice and practical examples of products, which has really helped me.
Looking forward to catching up with the team at BeerX again this year!

Good advice and even better service
I contacted TMM staff when I was having a problem with some equipment that as it turned out I hadn't even bought from them. However a solution to my problem was offered and so I bought the required new fittings and it has resolved my issues perfectly.
Absolutely great service and good free advice.
