Goods arrived when promised. Well presented and of course they taste wonderful

I actually can’t comment as yet on the product as it’s for Christmas. However the website , and selection, is fantastic. It was well packaged and arrived very quickly . So far I am exceptionally happy .

Don't know much about the product as it's still not arrived even though I paid nearly fiver for faster delivery last Thursday, described as 1-2 days on the website. Feel a bit let down, no comms other than a thanks for your purchase. Purchased as a gift for someone who is leaving for London today so feel a bit let down TBH.

A few issues with the couriers but eventually resolved by Oonagh, many thanks. My wife opened the Christmas selection and wow so impressed, beautiful presentation and I'm reliably informed the best marshmallow she's ever tasted and she's an expert. My daughter has returned from London and is in full agreement.

This was a repeat order, always a special treat to celebrate an important occasion. Very high quality product fast delivery and the best packaging I've seen makes opening the box a wonderful experience. Highly recommended I will be ordering again.

amazing, fast shipping

Order some teacakes from The Marshmallowist, there was a little mix up with the order, but it was sorted out very promptly. The customer service was very good, and the products were very beautiful and tasty

Top class product

I ordered 1 x treat box but instead received 2 x boxes of Halloween themed? chocolate covered marshmallows. Very disappointed
However ss soon as Marshmalloeist heard about it they apologised for the mistake and quickly rectified the problem so please order from them!

I read about the product in Country Living then tasted it when M&S sold it last May for Mother’s Day. Absolutely delicious and so beautifully packed. Bought a bigger version of it with more different flavours to sample as an advent calendar for my daughter in law who lives in Paris. She could not resist to open it straight away and said it was super-delicious ! So so pleased !!!

I've used this company before so I returned to them. The actual product inside were great but I spent quite a lot of money as a Hallow'een gift for a friend & the box was smashed to bits in the post. I didn't have time to send it back and get new ones so had to use my initiative on how to present them.
I suggest to put them in more sturdy outer packaging .
After finding out the issue I had The Marshmellowist team didn't hesitate to get in touch & they kindly sent a replacement set of Hallow'een teacakes.
