Mattress delivery fine but king-size I order and I found this king-size mattress alot smaller than my previous king-size it quite small on my base but for comfort of the mattress lovely

Thanks for your review. The Balmoral from Beauty Sleep measures 150x200 which is designed to fit a standard base of 150x200. If your base is a non-standard size this is perhaps where the difference lies. Outstanding Customer Service. I went with this company based on them being the cheapest I could find online for the same brand bed and very reasonable priced own branded mattresses, within an hour or so of placing my order on a bank holiday i got a call from Sean who was very open and honest regarding my purchase, helped me make some decisions as the one I ordered was available, he sent over some pictures via text and all agreed with my order arriving 5 days later. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Future orders will be placed with them. Thank You

Hi. Am very sorry about delay we work hard to resolve any issues. With delivery sometimes due to covid and shortage of drivers it can take few days longer to deliver.
