Good service. Quick delivery of mattress

I bought my daughter an ottoman small double bed. It’s fantastic quality and Sean delivered and took it all upstairs for me. Great service,compatable prices and fantastic quality 👌🏼

Following initial order and email confirmation, I then received no further communication as to delivery details. After a week I had to email and phone to ask for updates on delivery . Still no response but then a day later I received delivery notice from the delivery company who then were very informative about the delivery date and time. The actual mattress we purchased was exactly as expected.

I bought the Sweet Dreams Wagner Firm 2000 mattress and only after about two weeks of sleeping on the mattress, a dip appeared that gave me lower back pain. When measured, the dip was a double over the natural settlement measurements that are given with the care instructions. The mattress was delivered by a contracted logistics company which made holes in the plastic packaging and left black smudge marks on the mattress.
To keep the story short, it was a pain to return the mattress. Make sure to take photos when you receive the item, as with any company, and store them for a peace of mind if the quality turns out not to be what you expected with a specific model. And know your statutory consumer rights.

Ordered 2 mattresses from them. Good communication prior to delivery. The mattresses were delivered well wrapped in excellent condition. Delivery was well communicated with option to choose delivery date and they brought matttresses to my 1st floor apartment and room of choice. Would buy from The mattress world again.
