Mcubes review
I used to buy cubes from other stores but once I got to know about Mcubes. Now I only purchase cubing goods from mcubes.
They've got variety of cubing goods but for some products you have to wait that's my only complaint to them otherwise they are best online cubing store in India

It took more than 30 days to arrive…
It took more than 30 days to arrive because it was in pre order I know but it was too late at first I got some notification that it will arrive around within 20 days but it took more than 30 days to 35 days but still the service of very good and the Cube was excellent.

In your case, we made an exception based on your direct request to our customer support team, and we did inform you beforehand that the product could arrive by the end of the month or possibly take 2–3 weeks or longer due to stock and shipping variables.

Smooth experience. Comfortable delivery service. Good discount, however it was on prepaid which can be a bit suspicious at times, but I think it is fine with reliable websites.

Product arrived broken
I ordered a cube from this website for my son. Since the cube was very expensive, my son volunteered to forgo the money he takes for his canteen for one year to be able to pay for this cube.
Unfortunately, the cube arrived completely broken and left my son in tears.
Within a few hours of receiving the cube, we complained to the website. Their response was that it is not possible for the cube to be delivered broken and they cannot do anything.
Furthermore, they demanded an unboxing video to take it forward. To state the obvious, we as customers do not take unboxing videos of every product that we order online and no other reputed websites such as Amazon, Flipkart, pepperfry, etc have such policies.
End result: Broken cube, disappointed child, money lost.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns, but after carefully reviewing your case, we must clarify why your request was declined.
You initially made a purchased same product two weeks ago, followed by another order of the same product.
You later claimed the second product was damaged, but the only evidence provided was a video showing part of the cube in a box, which does not allow us to verify whether the product in question was indeed the second purchase.
As per our return policy, we require an unboxing video to verify any damage claims. This is necessary to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of return policies.
All our products are brand-new, sealed, and QC-verified by the manufacturer, we ensures all products are healthy. We do not sell used or refurbished products.
You initially stated that the cube arrived disassembled, which is not possible, as it comes in a sealed transparent box where cube is kept inside the orginal box with accessories inside.
The claim of two damaged pieces was made a week after receiving the product, and there was no mention of damage at the time of delivery was informed later. Additional information was requested including the previous cube images was not given
Due to lack of valid evidence and inconsistencies in the claim, we had to decline the request as per our policies. As informed earlier if the product comes as damaged or not as described, you are eligible for a new item or full refund as per the policies.

Very late delivery
Very late delivery. They are lying. I ordered from the same state and that too the nearest district. The shop is in Alappuzha and I ordered from Ernakulam. It took 6 days to deliver and the delivery person was also very rude

I didn't buy still. Should I buy tornado v3 . Please don't give fake comments. Is it trusty. I always buy from cubelelo . If it is trusty I might change. Is really the prices are so less. And is the timer only 199 and does it work properly.
