They weren't joking when they mentioned the 24×7 customer service. I messaged them in the middle of the night and they responded so f-ing fast, and the prices are good as well

Great Customer Support and wide cube selection 💯
Recently shopped at MCubes for 3x3s and it's nice to see the wide variety of puzzles (mainly in the 3x3 section, that's what I was looking for) as I was searching for the GAN 13 Fx and the 55mm Ghuhong Pro, but couldn't find it anywhere else.
Plus, the pricing of the cubes also seemed very reasonable. The cubes were delivered in a well packaged and secure manner, so you can say the store had done their part to assure no damage occurs during shipping.
Lastly, their customer support was awesome, they were very friendly and polite, I had a several queries regarding my order, and they got back to me immediately and resolved it. As in my case, the puzzle was delivered but the core piece within the puzzle had a manufacturing defect from the factory, so upon contacting the store and providing them with proof they immediately spoke with the manufacturer and got the replacement delivered, all this in a week which was very quick (so thanks for that!).
For a suggestion, it would be nice if there were cube lubricants available, and in the website maybe the notice for back-order puzzles should be more prominent before checkout.
Overall, absolutely no complaints, amazing store, would definitely shop from here again! 👍👍

The best cube shop in india
I ordered a qiyi clock from mcubes. They are a great company and the shipping was very fast. They responded to all my queries and questions within 3-4 minutes. Their prices are very good as compared to other indian cube shops. This was a great experience and I will definitely order again : )

Amazing service and reliable for Indian cubers
I recently ordered a mgc 4x4 from mcubes and they shipped it out as soon as possible and it reached me within 3 days even with the shop being located in another corner of the country. They responded almost immediately and I have no complaints!

Mcubes Better than cubelelo
I made multiple purchases from themcubes.com and it's their global. Some times I purchased from cubelelo as it requires urgent because mcubes takes 7-10 days from outside stores. Compared to them and other stores mcubes is best I found especially they started in India as well. I got an early access mail because am their customer and got the package yesterday.
It's well packed and they follow for all single matters which helps me a lot. Hope they will have more products in India. Price is best and I'll purchase soon
