Great service! As mentioned by themirrorcompany upfront, this service is not designed for customers that need their mirrors fast. January 14th is when we placed our order, and they installed it yesterday on March 12th. It's important to note that we are in a low populated area, so that may have factored into the equation. However, as advertised, the pricing was about 50% of what local glass companies were charging. It is up to the consumer if they value speed or cost savings more, but for us, it worked out perfectly since we were buying quite a few mirrors for our gym and are still waiting for our gym equipment anyway, so we didn't mind the wait. 50% of the cost with the same high quality. Can't beat it!

The installers called and was able to arrive early. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The mirrors look great.

I think when I placed my order the website said it would be 8-10 weeks before my mirrors would be delivered and installed. It only took about 4 weeks, maybe less.
These guys definitely underpromised and over delivered. They took their time and got my mirrors installed perfectly!

A mirror was shattered in our front lobby with customers standing nearby and a second shatter situation occurred in our back room during install. This was a hazard to our members and staff having glass shards everywhere in the gym. Our staff had to clean your mess. Terrible experience, terrible professionalism.

They were quick to respond to any questions but it was so long before installation was scheduled. It took 6 weeks to get that scheduled. They say it takes 2-4 wks to be in our area which was fine but then The installers say they are out here all the time. The installers were ok. Pleasant but tried to talk me out of cutting the light switch hole, didn’t have any glass cleaner or paper towels with them, and didn’t clean up after themselves. There were glass shards on the ground along with a lot of dust. They don’t put the light switch cover plate back in either and I realize why. I tried putting the cover on and it won’t fit. The cut is too small and I can’t screw in the plate cover screws. I guess you do get what you pay for

Very easy to order. Installation went smoothly. The only issue we had was the wait time to get installation scheduled. It took us 10 weeks from the time of the order to finally get the mirrors installed.

The installation process was so quick, and the installers were very professional and nice. I am very happy with the mirror! The price was right. I wasn't in a hurry to have the mirror, which ended up taking almost 3 months to get. When I originally placed the order, I knew from other reviews that it would probably take a while. I also didn't have to put down any money upfront, so I didn't have anything to lose while waiting. Anyway, it was worth the wait : )

The installation process itself was very smooth, and the product looks great once in place. However, communication throughout the process could have been much better. What was quoted as a 2–6 week delivery ended up taking nearly 3 months, and scheduling was difficult — if you aren’t available for the time they choose, you risk being pushed back on the waiting list. I also had to reach out twice on my own for updates and didn’t always receive clear answers. Additionally, I wasn’t made aware ahead of time that the remaining balance could only be paid by cash or card onsite. Overall, happy with the final result but wish the process had been more transparent and organized.
