I have seen Donna several times and would be reluctant to go elsewhere. Her qualifications and experience are very reassuring. She is both professional and very friendly, I feel that she has time for me and will always explain what she is doing clearly. Her consulting room is very clean and tidy.

Easy to book , beautiful surroundings. Clinic is immaculately clean and I received a warm welcome . My treatment was carried out in an extremely professional caring way . My experience was faultless

I have visited the nurse clinic on several occasions and have seen Donna each time. She is always very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and has consistently helped to resolve any problems I’ve had. Whether it’s skin lesions, ear syringing or rashes, everything has been dealt with efficiently and effectively. I’m very grateful for the care and service I’ve received and would highly recommend Donna and the nurse clinic.

Fantastic service. We booked an appointment after drs advise for the past 10 months hadn’t removed my 4 years olds compacted ear wax. Donna was so incredibly friendly and warm with my son who can be really shy with strangers, leaving him in a place of feeling confident to sit whilst she quickly and gently removed the wax. He can now hear clearly and keeps saying how different his own voice sounds ! Thank you so much Donna!

Great as always. For reasons I won't go into, I was very late for my appointment but Donna still managed to fit me in.

I found The Nurse Clinic online and found it really easy to book an initial consultation. My consultation was with Donna about a mole I was concerned about. I was immediately put at ease and Donna explained all the options in a friendly and clear Manner. I decided to have the mole removed there and then. Again I was put at ease and during the procedure I felt a slight sting as the anaesthetic was applied , after that I never felt a thing. I took my dressing off after two days as advised and the wound is healing really well with no pain or itching. I am genuinely pleased with the whole experience and the price was very competitive compared to some of the quotes I had had.

Second visit to the Nurse Clinic for ear wax removal. Very positive experience. Donna is friendly and very welcoming and the whole thing was very quick (and needed) . Had a cyst removed from my face, the nurse, Donna, was wonderful, explaining each step of the way. I felt very safe in her hands and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have a tiny scar and the procedure was painless. I can highly recommend the Nurse Clinic 100% along with the nurse Donna. The whole experience was faultless, comfortable and friendly from being greeted at entry to exit. A follow-up email was sent with instructions for aftercare. I thank you both so much and will certainly return should the need arise. The location was lovely clean and peaceful with ample parking.

The clinic is in a quiet peaceful setting. The actual clinic is light clean and also peaceful and calm. Receptionist was welcoming. The nurse was friendly and professional. She explained what the procedure was so that I understood what she was going to do. I was very happy with my visit (plus the result of course!)

I had a consultation yesterday with Donna who was friendly, reassuring and very professional. I had a skintag near the entrance to my left ear and Donna removed it for me. I would recommend her without question.

Have a lesion on the left of my forehead and Donna had a good look at it but declared it needed referring to a dermatologist. Only paid the minimal consulting fee and she emailed me her notes for me to take to a specialist.
Excellent outcome and a professional service.

Really lovely clinic, feels a bit more like a spa treatment room! Donna is really friendly and puts you at ease for any procedures and gives honest advice about whether procedures need doing or not
