The Oil Lab Ltd Avis

Thorough analysis of engine oil done and when rang about result clarification, couldn't have been more helpful. Five stars!

A quick service that did exactly what they said on their website, and was very helpful on the phone when I had questions

Good Service. Prompt reply. Very Satisfied.

Great service, thank you for a quick turnaround

A week on and I'm still waiting for the sample jar to arrive so that I can send my sample for analysis. I was sent tracking details but still not able to track the delivery.

I had a petrol contamination analysis done. Emma was more than helpful, and went above and beyond arranging a courier collection for me, Working way past the end of her shift, when the post office refused to take my sample/parcel.
The report was clear to understand.

The Oil Lab Ltd is a commendable company to work with. Their service is swift and delivers well-explained, concise reports that offer peace of mind about vehicle health, whether for your own car or one you plan to purchase. The team is quick to respond, although multiple requests for a review prior to report delivery were somewhat annoying. Over time, I've accumulated unused syringes and pipes, so an alternative package option could be beneficial. Overall, their service and comprehensive insights are reassuring.

Will use your services again more then pleased with the report. As been helpful in finding out what was wrong with my car

Thorough analysis of the sample I sent in. Sample kit was simple to use and the results enabled me to pinpoint the issue with my engine.

Simple and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Great service.
good to know that our engine health is good

Excellent service. Quick response. Extensive and well explained results.

a great company to use - highly recommended.
if it's to check a vehicle you own for an issue with fuel/oil etc or one purchasing the peace of mind is there.

Good prompt service and good telephone backup

The report was good and concise, just what I wanted . The two emails asking me to review the service before I even got the report was my only negative . The Oil Lab did respond immediately after I sent an email which was also good.

Very quick turn around and very good clear test results with useful information. Will use again, thank you OilLab

As I use the Oillab for my annual oil change I now have a collection of syringes and pipes I haven’t used.
I would be pleased if an option was available for the vial + label only were available at a slightly lower cost.

Have used "The oil Lab Ltd" for many years with no problems. They offer a quick and reliable service and offer services such as analyzing grease that is not commonly carried out by other vendors.
