I worked here as an online math tutor in may, June and July. They are only doing false commitment regarding salary. First they promised to clear it till August now it's October.
They are not answering my call or messages regarding salary.
They are simply scamming people

Would recommend. After a really tough time in mainstream school, my son spent the last 2-3 years of his education with The Online School and absolutely thrived.

My daughter moved to The Online School at the start of Year 10 after dropping out of two secondary schools due to chronic anxiety. She had sadly lost any love for learning but the safe and welcoming environment offered by The Online School gave the whole family a much needed return to structure and calmness. She has now moved on to college but I will be forever grateful for their support for the final years at school, following a really hard period for us all.

I would like to share my personal experience, particularly for parents who live outside the UK and are considering The Online School for their children. We live in Dubai, and my daughter had previously been studying in a British curriculum school here. We decided that she would spend one academic year studying online, and we chose The Online School after being assured that, if she returned to an offline school afterwards, there would be no issues with transferring her academic records. We were specifically told that the school’s reports would be accepted internationally and that there would be no problem with her returning to a school in Dubai. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience. We are now trying to return our daughter to an offline school in Dubai, and we have discovered that the report provided by The Online School is very different from the reports normally issued by British curriculum schools in Dubai. More importantly, the report is not being accepted by the school we are applying to. For example, the report does not contain a school stamp, signature, or other formal authentication. This is particularly concerning when the school previously assured us that its reports are accepted internationally. For comparison, my older daughter also studied at an online school, but under the American curriculum, and her report card was accepted without any issues when required by a school in Dubai. Her report included the usual formal elements, such as an official stamp and signature. I am sharing this review not to criticise the quality of the teaching, but to make other international parents aware of an important issue that we were not aware of when enrolling. If you live outside the UK and there is a possibility that your child may return to an offline school in your country in the future, I strongly recommend getting written confirmation from the school that their specific report format will be accepted by the school or education authority in your country. Unfortunately, we relied on the assurances we were given and are now facing a very stressful situation and trying to resolve this with the school administration. I hope my experience can help other parents living internationally avoid the same situation and make sure they fully understand what documentation their local school will require before enrolling.

My son has had a wonderful experience with The Online School for the past 3 years. Since leaving mainstream school he has thrived so much. I wish I had known about The Online School before I enrolled him at our local school. He has enjoyed every lesson with some lovely teachers who never judged him just helped him. I would 100% recommend The Online School to anyone who wants a better education for their child. All the teachers have been amazing but my son's favourites are Joseph Byrne and Samantha Hodges. Also thank you to Jade Dyer for sorting out Liam's IGCSE exams at home, very much appreciated.

My daughter is AuDHD and regular high school just wasn't working for her. We tried a different online school but although working virtually definitely suited her we weren't impressed with the school's SEN provision. That's when we came across The Online School. We registered her and from then in she became so much happier and confident. The Online School has a real family and personal feel to it and the teachers and staff are lovely. The SEN provision is second to none and they really go that extra mile to ensure your child stays engaged and happy. The past two years at the Online School have been life changing for our daughter and they've contributed massively to get her where she is today. She has just finished her GCSEs and getting her to this point in her life felt unachievable a few years ago. This School is just amazing.

I wish I'd found this school earlier I have a 12 yr old with send and though she has only been enrolled for 3 months it's totally changed her life she is so much happier and is really thriving no bullying policy is fantastic she is encouraged to take part in lessons without fear of making mistakes learning at her pace and if she needs help the happiness managers are there her confidence has grown and she is learning and being really involved in lessons she has had great feedback so far just a different child.

My 12 year old daughter joined the online school about 2 years ago as she didn’t like the school setting and being on the school has made such a difference to her. She has been much happier, she’s made loads of friends and the school teachers have made her feel so welcome and included.

I’m surprised there are only 104 reviews to date on Trustpilot, as our experience so far has been extremely positive.

My daughter left mainstream school just before Christmas, and after careful consideration we chose The Online School. From the very start, the onboarding process was extremely quick, supportive, and straightforward, which really helped ease what could have been a very overwhelming transition.

From her very first day, my daughter said she felt like she fit in immediately, as though she had been there forever. The teachers make lessons engaging and interactive, while consistently checking in to ensure pupils are feeling okay and supported. The inclusion of support teachers (Happiness Managers) is a huge positive and adds an extra layer of care that we hadn’t experienced before.

The pupils appear kind, engaged, and respectful, and communication between the school, pupils, and parents has been far better than I expected for an online setting. My daughter feels she is learning much more effectively, with fewer distractions, and she regularly comments on how kind, patient, and helpful the teachers are.

So far, the school has run very smoothly and feels well organised and thoughtfully structured. It is a fantastic alternative for children who don’t fit neatly into the mainstream education system but still need consistency and structure in their learning.

We are really looking forward to the upcoming in-person meet-up, which feels like a lovely extension of the community they are building.

This review reflects our experience to date, which has been extremely positive. I would absolutely return to update this review should our experience change in any way moving forward.

My daughter has just completed her first term with this school, and so far we have been very impressed. It such a great alternative for children that don’t fit into the box for mainstream, but need some structure with their education. It has ran very smoothly and is well set up. The teaching staff as so kind and friendly, and find ways to be interactive that is suitable to your child.

honestly one of the best school i have seen out there, they teacher are great and they way they structure their lessons are so much better then other schools have done it would 100% recommend

this school has changed my life,
the teachers and admins are kind, funny and just overall amazing, this school has provided me support and helped me to recover and learn. being at an online school has aloud me to actually care about my education, rather than just getting through the day. the students are so kind, the no bullying policy is actually true, I actually enjoy conecting with my peers, unlike in person where i was bullied everyday. This school has helped me grow and be more myself, if i'm ever stressed i'm aloud to take time out of leasons, because i can just watch them back later. The head teacher, Ali is amazing, he makes the school a good place for everyone, he is funny and hardworking, and actually asks for our input on the school, so if we've got a problem he will always be there to listen and help. thank you so so much to this amazing school for giving me a future i didn't think i would have. :)

It’s my first week but I feel I have learnt so much and have come out of my shell and been able to talk to other online. And the teachers are so supportive and informative in their lessons.

Now in my time when I have been to schools, I have had some 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 experiences, but this school is perfect for people who are looking for a very gentle school but with a bit of discipline!

I have almost been to this school for almost a year and I’ve been loving it! I have felt happier and comfortable with doing my lessons, especially when you can pick ones that you want to do, which is an element I really like!

The teachers ask for your interests and they can find ways to help you learn with using your interests!

The admins can help monitor the lessons and give your kids help, and there are breaks in the lessons to help them relax a bit! On the last week of term as well we play Kahoots and Blookets which I find quite rewarding for all the hard work we have done :)

The school also has a 0% bullying tolerance policy, as my friends and I haven’t been bullied.

I feel safe and secure at this school, so it’s definitely a 10/10 from me.

The online school is summer in a bowl. they should hang it in the louvre. Props to Ali for creating this Masterpiece. i highly Recommend it.

The admins are always there if you need something, the classes are recorded so you will never miss notes. You get less stress and half the time it feels like you have freedom over what you do. You get a interactive experience with your teachers. And it's a toxic free experience.
