So understanding, best online school about in my opinion.

Much better then my last school. In this school I'm learning a lot more than my last school taught me in a year.

So far this school has been abysmal, there have been several times my child has not even been able to get signed into a class due to 'technical issues' on their side. Also there does not seem to be any support for kids who struggle with subjects, all kids lumped into one class with teachers who don't seem to specialise in any particular key stage or curriculum, and there is no way of the child being able to state if they are struggling to understand during a class session. Lots of cahoot being played 😕 what's the point. I can download that for free!!

Non sensical payment structure which seems to be designed to extortion more money out of you than is necessary. Not happy and want to leave but told will be enrolled until Feb 2024 half term, ill be seeking citizens advice bureau advise with this as they have had more money out of me than is necessary and i should receive a refund, accordung to statutory law if a business has not incurred any loss due to its service being provided they should not unreasonably charge customers more money despite their cancellation policy. Well no loss to them as they have not provided anything other than lessons that would be run despite my child attending or not. Between now and Feb 2024 is 6 weeks worth of lessons so I'll be paying an extra £132 on top of the £208 I've already parted with upfront for just one month's worth of lessons!!!

Honestly don't bother with this. Get one to one tuition to ensure your child is absorbing the content and following the curriculum. An expensive waste of time

after being unable to secure a school place for our son (15)
We found the sessions great to keep him focussed and helpful to keep him on track.
Today we were offered a school place and will be leaving the online school but if it doesn’t work out we will be back. Thank you for your help :)

this school is definitely the best decision ive made, i love how engaging the lessons are, they always ask questions so that we understanding everything. overall, theyre all so nice, theyre respectful, and are there for us at all times. So, im giving this school a 5 star rating because it really is amazing.

Everyone is so kind and supportive, the teachers are amazing and genuinely do everything they can to make sure we are getting the proper education and ensure that we are as comfortable as possible in our learning environment. Everyone is so helpful and our happiness and well being is clearly a priority to the teachers. So much better than public school, i don't know what I'd be doing without it.

My son finds large crowds and noisy spaces very difficult to be in. School mornings had become a nightmare. Trying to get him into school became a traumatic experience for everyone involved. The only option that was offered by mainstream education was to keep trying to force him.
The online school has been a life saviour for our family. My son is really enjoying his lessons. His self confidence, which was very low due to his inability to attend school has grown so much.
I am a single parent on benefits. With the discounts offered to those on low income. I have found the online school very affordable.

I have just started at this school and its great. Teachers are nice and kind and I don't feel anxious and can fidget while I listen to the lessons. I like the polling questions and the breaks in between lessons. It is a good timetable so I can do things in the morning before I start class. Ali is a great Headteacher.

A school where staff are genuinely caring about the students and their welfare. They are always checking in with them, making sure they're ok and finding new ways to support and engage students.

After watching someone that started so quiet and hating school, blossom into a more confident and engaged child I really am thankful for these guys.
