The service is excellent & prompt. My only issue is that the pants, S687, has too much material in the legs. Bigger waist doesn't always mean fat butt & fat legs too. Otherwise it's made with very goo... Voir plus

Went to the shop in killarney
Went to the shop in killarney. Lots if choices, but the shop assistant kept bugging me to see if I was OK. Once was enough to ask me. I wanted to look through the clothes and think about different options but I couldn't with the annoying shop assistant. So I left. I haven't gone back either.

I got a call from the company after I had ordered my jacket to tell me thete was sm issue with it & they offered me solutions to the problem. It's rare to get hands on Customer service like this. My jacket arrived within 24 hours & is super comfortable. I will be recommending this company.

Fit to size
I ordered a raincoat in my normal size- larger size not available. I was delighted when it arrived as there is plenty of room for a few layers. Unfortunately I ordered gloves in the larger size so a bit big but completely my own fault.......
