Great service online and instore
I was looking for a wetsuit for a sea swim event coming up, I rang and spoke with Jade in the Galway store who was full of knowledge and advice.
I bought a great wetsuit online and then followed up with a visit to the store to buy the rest of the gear needed as wanted to try them on to get best sizes.
I dealt with Chris in the store who was full of brilliant advice and a great help and I left feeling super prepared and a little poorer 🤣
Super company! who understand what great service.

Both shops in Westport
Visited the wholesale shop and the main outlet in Westport. The friendly young staff could not be more helpful. Love the clothes and came away with several items. Keep up the great service!

False Advertising
Falsely advertising an item as the newer model but sending out older models then expecting buyers to pay to package the item to return it. I won't be mugged over, I'm not paying to fix incompetence.

We do apologise for the incorrect image that was mistakenly attached to the product listed on our website, as well as the inconvenience this caused you.
Errors such as this do happen, as suppliers often update older product models without updating the barcode. We appreciate that you brought this to our attention and the error was corrected immediately.
We note you were offered a full refund, including a DPD courier service both ways, to amend this issue. We also note that you refused this offer, on the basis that you would have to repackage the product before collection from DPD.
Additionally, we note you have accepted a partial refund for the product.
