How well a company deals with a problem is the mark of great customer service. They made a mistake when my order was dispatched and only half of it was sent. one email to customer service and I received a apology, a very fast response and confirmation that the remainder would be sent the same day. It was sent as promised and arrived safely on Saturday. I will happily use The Outlet Shop again.

Like many reviewers here, I hadn’t heard of the Outlet Shop, but felt more confident after reading the Trustpilot reviews.
Commication was quick regarding an offer (over a weekend) and the item arrived quickly. This was a brand new genuine Apple item in unopened packaging which was substantially below the retail price. Very happy and would definitely use again.

I wanted to get an Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen WiFi 64GB box. I saw some on eBay sold by The Outlet Shop in various conditions with a 12 month warranty. I searched for the company online and saw that they also had a website with some boxes in a like new condition. I was able to make an offer that was accepted within a few hours. The item was dispatched the next day, arrived 2 working days later and was well packaged. I'm very happy with the condition of the item, I obviously can't yet comment on what they're like if it develops a fault within the 12 month warranty period, but at the moment I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Never heard of them before but they had a good deal on an Ipod for the wife . Rang them to check item was new , not refurbished , phone anwsered immediately . Put an online offer in for the item which was accepted , item arrived in a sealed package 2 days later . Paid cheaper price then a rerfurbished iPod and great service too

Ordered a brand new tablet for less than half price. It was delivered within 3 days and the box was sealed. I was very sceptical at first as the price was very low compared to refurbished models. Works perfectly, I will definitely buy from here again. I can highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of galaxy bud pros. Instead I got a pair of standard galaxy buds inside the Pro box. Looks like the seal was tampered with and the box was in pretty bad shape too. I'm waiting to hear back from them, hopefully this will be resolved. Order at your own risk!!
