First time shopper. Fast delivery brand new sealed stoxk. Unfortunately had an issue with a kindle, called up, Neil answered straight away. Very apologetic, talked me through the exchange process.
Replacement confirmation given within 5 minutes of the first call to report the issue.

An amazing price for a genuine Samsung product!
I ordered the "Official Samsung Galaxy A40 Flip Wallet Case - Black/Blue" at 7pm on Monday 30th September 2024.
I was a first time customer, and my item was delivered by Royal Mail on Thursday 3rd October 2024.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Only £6.99 (inc VAT) and free delivery (3-5 working days).
I'll be ordering from The Outlet Shop again in the future.
Highly recommended. 11 out of 10.

Im glad i found them !
I was looking for some buds and was interested in how Nothing designs their products so i ve decided to buy a pair of Ear (stick). I looked online and they were nowhere to be found, or overpriced due to the same reason.
That until i found The Outlet Shop that not only had them, but also had an option for me to offer a reasonable price that i would pay for a pair of used (like new honestly) Ear(stick) buds. Placed the offer, they accepted it , they sent a link with the new price and i bought them on the spot. They were as described , arrived quick and im super happy i found them!
