EDIT: after posting a 1* review on Trustpilot, I did receive a prompt and helpful response and received my item within a couple of weeks of the response. The agent who helped was polite and apologetic for the issues. I did still receive a marketing email last week and another one today to ask that I remove my review. I think it is important for customers to have balanced reviews to make informed decisions for purchases so instead, I am editing and improving my review.

Im still waiting for my order/update on order.

I paid for an order on 24th May using PayPal, received confirmation of the payment from Paypal and confirmationof the order from ThePaperPress. I also opted out of the marketing (as I do with every online order unless I REALLY want it).

Tried to message them via Instagram to query what point the order is at but received an error saying "message failed, invitation to chat has been sent" which has just added to the frustration and wonder whether the company is legitimate.

To date, I've had no further update to confirm if the item has been dispatched/packed or an expected delivery date etc... but have had 4 marketing emails.

Love everything thing I've ordered. The taylor swift boxes are amazing. The hoodies are so comfortable. Always get a quick response to questions. Will be ordering again.

I recently purchased the Taylor Swift Luxury Box 5th Edition and I love it!!! Really cute and fun designs that any Swiftie would love! Also came in a very pretty box which I will be repurposing. I think these boxes are really fun, I previously purchased the Gilmore Girl box and loved that one too, I enjoy the mystery of not knowing what you’re getting. The quality of the products is really good and the fit is true to size. The delivery times are a little long but they’re a small company and everything is made to order so I’m okay with that. I had Royal Mail issues with my Gilmore Girl box and Geri was fantastic with her communication around it and sent out a replacement to me very quickly.

Absolutely love this company!!!!! I have an insanely huge wish list!!
The t-shirts I've got are such gorgeous quality! No thin see through cotton here! The print quality is also fantastic and washes very well.

I have a serious addiction to the Paper Press t-shirts and jumpers! I have been a customer for four years and am building a solid collection; I’ve never once been disappointed. Geri is fabulous and is somehow always available to answer any and all queries. I tell everyone I know and will continue to do so!

My mini swiftie absolutely loved her very first PaperPress luxury box. She just loves the T-shirts, hoodie and tote.

NO REFUND HAS BEEN GIVEN

Ordered and took over 5 weeks , outside the sellers tine frame which they stated.my item was also apparently shipped , and then after I opened a case , and said it was too late and had re ordered elsewhere , and wouldn't be home to receive it. The parcel was then shipped a day or so later and unfortunately not received by me as I want home. EDIT TO add, I was never told that there was a replacement order being sent and was not informed it had been lost. I also said in the dispute that it would now be too late as had ordered elsewhere as needed for a specific date. I'm actually unsure why this was sent out when I stated I wouldn't be in. Also the paypal dispute is still pending , which you asked me to close this morning. I think it's pretty evident by your responses to negative feedback , that you may need to work on customer service, rather than blaming the buyers when you are at fault. You set the time frames not the buyer. Purchase made 23/2/24 shipped email 17/03/24 delivered 28/03/24

My Harry Potter themed luxury box arrived today and it’s a fabulous collection. A great mix of items and top quality as always. The special box it comes in is a great bonus. I have ordered a few things from Paper Press Ireland over the years and they are amazing! I just received my Magic Kingdom luxury box (this is my 4th box) and it’s perfect! I work from home and I live in my slogan t-shirts all summer and then hoodies/sweaters and cross necks for the winter. The clothes wash super well and I can’t fault them! Keep bringing the Disney vibes for a late 30s Disney Girl 🥰

Received my luxury Taylor swift order today and it’s perfect

I can’t stop buying from here! Whether you’re looking for a one off piece, a sweary piece or a mystery box or bag you will not be disappointed. I’ve had a couple of mystery boxes and things for the kids that they’ve chosen themselves! You wouldn’t find better customer service either! It’s a family run business and so nice!

Been ordering from The Paper Press for years! I’ve a collection of tee’s and sweaters still good as new, not a week goes by where I’m not in TPP clothing to be fair! I’ve had 2 mystery boxes and bought for others and have been happy with every order from purchase to delivery times.

X2 Hoodies turned up 5 weeks later, poor communication from the sellers , only responded when I opened PayPal dispute , returned items as were poor quality ,fitting was poor too, large shoulders small/tight waist (ordered medium) I'm.a size 12...sent via tracked seller received and signed for items and only took 2 days to reach them ..still no communication and sill no refund of £93..buy from.Primak and have printed yourself save you the disappointment and lots of money! ...update PayPal Refunded ..still no communication from Paper press

Returning customer...again and again!! Absolutely love The Paper Press!! Excellent quality products- fantastic customer service and cannot recommend enough. I was initially like "whats going on" when I saw 10-15 day dispatch time on my first putchase- but everything is made to order...and you can tell- a lot of time, craft, and detail has gone into every item. I will continue to use and recommend to friends and family- an absolute gem of a business and as mentioned- really friendly and professional customer service. A+, 5*- love The Paper Press ♡

My first order with this business and it was the Gilmore Girls mystery box. I love every piece within it and I’m so pleased I placed an order. It did take a little while to reach me due to some issues with Royal Mail but the customer service and support I received from Geri when I raised my query was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again- the Christmas stuff looks fab, especially the Taylor Swift sweater!

I recently purchased the Gilmore Girls mystery box, it was my first ever box from The Paper Press. I had seen it posted on a friends account and they raved about their previous boxes and I knew I had to get the box!

I didn't know what to expect, but I am honestly over the moon with my order. It’s absolutely perfect, everything that is Gilmore Girls - attention to detail even with the colours of the items in the box. Perfect for snuggling up watching Gilmore Girls.

I ordered a t swift t shirt for an event and stupidly didn’t read the delivery times! I emailed and asked if it was possible to have it by a certain date and they were so quick to respond and ensured I had it within plenty of time. Such good quality clothing and amazing service!
