I honestly can't rate this company enough - their designs are fantastic, the quality of the clothes is brilliant, the customer service is the best and I just love supporting a small business. The excitement if the mystery boxes is just the best, I can never wait to find out what's inside. Next on my list is the Christmas mystery box xxx

On the very odd occasion I've had a query, it has been quickly and efficiently sorted. And I have been exceptionally happy with the level of service I have received. I'll continue to shop with them and have recommended the business to many of my friends and family.

I am fully addicted to Paperpress! My T-shirt drawer is now exclusively full of paperpress tees and my wardrobe is stuffed with sweaters and cross neck hoodies. The quality of every item is simply unreal, I love every single item I own. The colours are gorgeous, and you have the option of designing your own slogans which I’ve done several times. The promos are brilliant, I’ve recently had a few mystery item promos, and LOOVEE the surprise items, it’s like Geri knows me personally and what I’d like! I never knew how much I needed the shopper bags in my life, I use them all the time now! The customer service is second to none, any little issues (which are very rare!) are sorted so quickly, you can tell PaperPress genuinely cares about their customers. Recommend to everyone I know, and will certainly be buying more!

First time buyer. I'd been following online for a while but was reluctant to buy due to concerns about sizing. I decided to buy 2 of the mystery bags (a 4 item one for myself and a 3 item one as a gift for my sister, who was also keen to try their products). I placed my order on 11th August, aware there was a 10-15 day delivery time frame. After weeks had passed by I contacted paper press and got a quick response about when it was due to be dispatched. I got an email on Wednesday 6th September saying it was dispatched (outside of the estimated time). Unfortunately, I didn't get a response when I asked for a tracking code and naturally it arrived when I wasn't home on Saturday 9th September. Unfortunately, both bags were missing an item. The 4 item bag had 2 tshirts and a jumper, all nice fitting (read the size guidelines first as I went up a size). I loved the quality and designs of mine. I sent a message about the missing items from each and got a quick reply saying the other item should have been a tote bag or a pack of postcards. I was then told 2 tote bags (one for each item missing from the 2 mystery bags) would be sent first thing on Monday 11th September. After waiting over a week, there was no sign of the tote bags so I messaged the seller on three separate days before I received a reply saying it should arrive today (21st sept or tomorrow). It did arrive on the 22nd and the label clearly showed it was only posted on 21st September, after I had messaged 3 times for an update. Disappointingly, my sisters mystery bag contained 2 items and both had the same slogan MOODY on them. I get that anything could be in the mystery bags but I assumed the person packing them would have put some variety in, especially considering the wide amount of slogans available. I feel like she's really been let down. I did try to contact to see if anything could be done about it but was told it was pot luck what was in the mystery bags. Lesson learnt. I'll never go for another mystery bag. I did like the quality and designs of mine. However, the extremely long wait for delivery, lack of tracking data, missing items (and having to constantly message about these) and then the repeated slogans for my sister's bag has left me hesitant to order again.

I contacted the company straight away as there was definitely items missing. There was definitely no tote bags or packs of postcards in the bags (this was what I was told should have been in them by paperpress)
I'm extremely shocked and disappointed that its being implied I was rude. I have re-read all correspondence, and can see I have thanked them for replying and used please when requesting updates. In my profession, I would always strive to be kind and polite to everyone.
I was on the fence about future orders. My mind is now made up.
Like I said, I did like the designs and really hoped for a positive experience.
Hopefully others have a better experience.

I recently ordered the Taylor swift box and Britney box and wow!

I had a few issues which were dealt with so quickly including amending my postage address early on and then my parcels not arriving but within a couple of messages replacements were sent quickly which I cannot be more thankful for, the contents of these boxes are fantastic, the range of colours, the artistic designs, the quality of products I’m so happy!

Can’t wait for more mystery themed boxes in the future

I ordered a mystery bag and when it arrived, I loved it. A tshirt, a sweater and a hoodie as well as a pair of leggings…..all designs i’d already seen on the site and loved anyway. The quality of the materials and the printing is excellent. Honestly can’t wait for it to go a bit chilly so i can wear my “hello Autumn” hoodie 🥰

I have ordered a few times from The Paper Press now and have had brilliant items every time! The last 2 times there have been slight issues with my order (make up bag zip broke and T-shirt the writing is peeling) but both times the issue has been resolved immediately with the most wonderful customer service! It makes me want to order more as I know if there are any future issues they will be rectified! But I have ordered 4/5 times previously with no issues just wonderful customer service! Thanks so much guys! You are amazing with wonderful products!! As soon as my bank balance allows I will be purchasing again!

Have purchased many times from paper press. The quality is excellent. Recently bought the Buffy Inspired Box and I am delighted. They nailed the theme. Can't wait to wear all the pieces included!

Ordered some items from them and when they arrived 1 of the items was missing. Sent a message and Geri literally dealt with it in minutes.

I've ordered from Geri & Mark loads of times since I discovered them back in 2019. I was one of the lucky ones to get the first luxury box launched (& a fair few after that too!) The themed boxes always smash it.
I'm fully aware of their timescales for turnaround, so know to order well in advance if I want an item for a specific occasion.
I've been in touch with customer services (i.e. Mark & Geri) a handful of times, mainly with queries, and they are are always friendly, personal yet professional responses.
A number of my friends have since purchased from them too and all reported good things!

I've purchased a few items from here over the years (thanks lockdown shopping addiction) and I can truly say it's one of my favourite places to shop. Not only are the products of high quality (they wash well, they wear well, and the fabrics themselves are all soft and snuggly, the slogans and prducts are completely unique), the customer service is second to none. Messages are replied to quickly and in the most friendly manner - it's like sending a quick text to your mate, yet still so professional.
Geri and the team so obviously care about their company too. They listen to the ideas of customers, run with their suggestions, and really understand the assignment. The suggestion of a Grey's box came about and even though Geri had never watched it, she listened to our feedback absolutely smashed it.
I think it's safe to say this is why we support small businesses.

After ordering and eagerly awaiting a Dirty Dancing mystery box, I was so pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Yes it took a little while, but everything is lovingly made to order and the mystery boxes are very popular. But it was definitely worth the wait!
I like my tops to be a bit baggier so I ordered up a size, so they fit well.
The communication from the seller was brilliant, in fact Geri goes above and beyond for her customers and is so friendly and lovely.
I'll absolutely order again from The PaperPress!

5* because I can’t give more. You will not find anyone more dedicated and in touch with their customers than Geri and her company. I have had several orders now, one being my first mystery box (Greys) and they never disappoint! I also used a discount code that Geri gave us and received a goody bag which the things in are fantastic. It’s a shame people don’t take into account the work that goes in to the quality goods that you receive - if you want something amazing, you wait for it as it’s always worth it. I will continue to order and I’m sure absolutely adore everything I get. Thank you so much for the work you put into everything for us xx
