Don’t bother with the mystery boxes. I ordered the Taylor swift one and I waited weeks for it to arrive (ordered 12th May and received 22nd June), told in patronising emails (constantly called ‘hun’ which when you’re annoyed with something is just a bit irritating) that it was being shipped on x day, then next week etc. Marked my order as shipped when it wasn’t and when it finally arrived was extremely disappointing and also missing a T-shirt (which I wouldn’t have even known about it I hadn’t known someone else order the box who received more than I did!). The sizing is also really off, the arms are long and the body is tight in the jumper and I had sized up twice. The designs in the mystery box weren’t even nice and the colours were weird and it wasn’t ‘jam packed full of goodies’ like the website said. I don’t normally complain and I totally understand that when you order a mystery box you are taking a risk but everything was pink even though there was a link that showed a variety of colours that could be received, therefore I was expecting a mixture that would satisfy multiple people.

I’ve followed The PaperPress and ordered from for a few years now and always had a great experience. Geri’s customer service is fab and she’s always so lovely. Most recently I’ve had the Greys Anatomy box and the Dirty Dancing box and I love them both! There is so much work out into these, so thoughtful and generous. Very much recommend 👍

paper press is fabulous there is always a wait for goods to arrive but you don’t mind as all good things come to those who wait the products are lovely wash great and look great time after time after time. Service is also second to none and they answer all queries promptly and efficiently, staff are kind and hardworking.

I have purchased hoodies, sweaters and T-shirts from Geri and her gang over the past few years and never been disappointed. Just received my first mystery box (stranger things themed) and I was left speechless which is a rarity 🤣 it is honestly so awesome I instantly changed my outfit just so I could wear one of the T-shirts

My friend bought me a sweatshirt for my birthday after I had seen them on Facebook. After waiting over a month for delivery (after being told the reason for delay is because the product is handmade which isn’t quiiiite true as the actual garment is made in Asia) I was really disappointed in the product. Sized up as advised, twice in fact. The arms are over a foot longer than the ends of my fingers, shoulders and chest are really baggy, but the waistband is tight and it just looks so silly! Quality is OK but no better than a high street brand where you are paying much less than nearly £40 including postage. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I see you can return but to be honest, I can’t be bothered to wait another month, and will just put it down to experience! Reading other reviews I feel the sizing charts could be looked at and amended

I love Paper Press and have ordered from them many times. The clothing is always high quality, loads of choices and Geri is so fabulous, nothing is ever too much trouble. I already had one design in a t-shirt and wanted the same but slightly different on a hoodie (paw prints instead of flowers), and she tweaked it for me no issue and the result is perfect.
Can’t recommend them highly enough

I'm so, so dissapointed with this. Firstly, it took 35 days to arrive (25 working days). Secondly I ordered a size up M (14-16) and its too small. It's easily a size 12. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return it.
On a positive note. It's a nice sweatshirt and I received a quick response from customer service.

The most amazing quality and sizing was spot on - I ordered a hoodie and don't want to take it off!!

Nice sweatshirt in terms of the printing & quality for the price but sizing is very off, quite disappointing after waiting nearly 4 weeks to receive.

Ordered a small (10-12 according to the size chart) as usually wear an 8-10, it is very slim fitting- verging on tight in both the body & arms.

The designs and quality are fantastic but the sizing wasn’t quite big enough for me

Unfortunately the carrier lost my original order but Geri was amazing and sent everything again, super fast. LOVE the products, colours and quality are amazing.

Love my paper press Ireland cross neck hoodie. I seem to live in it these days so have ordered a second and third. I always get questions about where I got it from when I wear it. And I have gifted one to several happy relatives!

AMAZING ! From the products to the service I couldn’t fault anything. I’ve shopped with Paperpress for years and love the quailty and on point slogans ! Great communication and I love supporting small family run businesses. Geri is a pleasure to deal with and I love that she is so friendly and helpful.

No replies to communication about a poor fitting sweatshirt that I have returned-I'm a big girl, checked your sizing, ordered one, and when it arrived it was awful- long arms and no room around the waist. Am now worried you will say I am out of the time range for a refund when it was sent back to you weeks ago... Also, please don't call me 'hun', it sounds a little passive aggressive... The items are lovely, but there is obviously an issue with your communication- I'm not the first person to say this. Also, I don't have the luxury of waiting weeks for refunds- these are tough times, and if I've bought something as treat for myself and its not right I, we, anyone, should be refunded promptly.

I have recieved my latest order from The Paper Press and I am not disappointed but I knew I wouldn't be as everything I've had from them have been spot on. I discovered The Paper Press in October 2020 and have ordered so many items. This time I ordered their recent luxury box which is Friends themed and it blew me away when I opened it. The thought which has gone into this box is incredible. I am very pleased with the items, the colours and which slogans were used on the tees! The luxury boxes are a complete surprise but don't let that put you off ordering one.
