Mixed feelings
Although it's my third time in using The Partnership, I found that in my latest experience that their communication could be very poor at times, and very rarely recieved a telephone call during the 23 week process. Although they were very polite they didn't seem overly proactive when trying to resolve issues that had arisen during the sale of the property.

I was assigned the same solicitor and assistant from beginning to end of the process. They were always very helpful. I was kept informed timelessly throughout the process. The Partnership site is well laid out and informative keeping You up to date.

Highly Recommend

Amazing Company

Don't go anywhere else
Hopefully my last conveyancing requirement for a while. As with every time I use them, the Partnership are professional, speedy, accurate and calming. First time buyers should avoid
First time buyers should avoid these solicitors, if I wouldn't have knowledgeable friends who have gone through this process I would have been royally screwed in every aspect of the sale.
Instead of reviewing documents and sending as they come, I had to wait more than 2 months for them to be sent over to me for review with an ultimatum from the seller to review 30 documents in 4 days.
Issues/typos found in documents are not disclosed at the delivery, wrong address and wrong property price on contracts and lease.
Based on the service they provided, I believe I overpaid by at least 50% and still would have gotten the same experience or better.

With regards to discrepancies in documentation, I note that with new build properties, addresses are subject to change, and so original documentation may not match the final address. However, things like this will be updated before completion, so the final documentation will be correct. This is to facilitate deadlines set by developers and can be common in new build purchases, no matter which firm you go with. The team working with you on your file are part of our specialist new build team, so we can reassure you that they are experienced in these files particularly.

Freehold purchase - first time buyer
Buddhima and Alice were very helpful in completing my transaction quickly and smoothly. They were always available to take my calls and kept email correspondence concise and focused, which allowed me to concentrate on the key areas, such as indemnities. They also dealt promptly with other enquiries - for example, the inclusion of certain furnishings - so I only needed to share my view and they handled the rest.

The Partnership - slow progressing enquiries
The Partnership app is great for having everything in one place.
Where they let us down was in their slowness to respond to enquiries, even when our buyer was also using The Partnership. So at critical times it relied on our Estste agent constantly chasing to ensure progress.
Even then there were aspects of the transactions (i.e. house contents not included in the sale where we were asking for money, where there was never any resolution).
