Very efficient and always kept us updated with progress of sales transaction. Very professional and thorough even when buyers were pushing for a quick exchange and completion. Fees are very competitive. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service when it really mattered
Review:
I’ve used The Partnership several times now, most recently for the purchase of Wharfdale, and they continue to be excellent.
The whole team are experienced, approachable, and a real pleasure to deal with. Communication is clear, nothing feels like too much trouble, and their online portal makes the whole process far easier than traditional post.
I’m especially grateful to Ismail and Max, who were calm, patient, and hugely supportive when last-minute issues arose, stepping in at the eleventh hour to exchange and complete within just two days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Started off well
Started off well, communication was poor in latter stages. We were told ready to exchange 3 weeks before the exchange and completion happened. It was then obvious to us that we were no where near ready at the earliest point!

Probate sale
Really positive. Probate sale that went very smoothly. The legal assistant (paralegal?) Joseph Stansfield in particular was excellent - responsive and giving pragmatic and sensible advice. The portal is great and easy to use (send messages, upload documents etc). Everything was wrapped up in 12 weeks which was quicker than I thought (probate sale). Thanks for all the hard work.

Excellent Conveyancing Service
I have used The Partnership three times now, and as always they provide a professional and stress free service. You may pay a little more for their conveyancing, but it is worth every penny, given that you never need to chase, they are completely transparent and you can always see by logging onto the portal what stage you are at in the process. A great job, and would definitely recommend.

Second time I have used the…
Second time I have used the Partnership. I won’t be using again. Lie about where they are in the process, idle and need constant chasing. Expensive and not worth the money spent on them. I did a private purchase with a family member, so was able to get direct contact to the other solicitor. Constant lies. Called them out many times. Won’t use them again.

Great and consistent communication!
The team at the Partnership was great in the sale of my property and the purchase of a new house. The consistently kept me updated and responded quick to messages in their portal. I knew at every moment where I was in the process, what needed to be done, and if anything was required on my part. It enabled me to move quickly when I needed to, or wait in other times. They effectively worked with estates agents and were extremely pragmatic up until the point of completion. I could also pick up the phone at any time and speak to a member of the team. All in all, it was a great experience and made quite a lengthy transaction smooth.

Mixed experience
Tho polite I found the communication from The Partnership at times terrible, the process was a complicated sale but really was made worse by the lack of telephone interactions, in 23 weeks we probably only verbally updated 3 times .. not sure I would use again .
