Loved the product outcome. It asked what I wanted to pay, I only needed this one time so I paid the 9.99. can you tell my why my it took out over 30.00 out of my bank account. All I wanted is the one set cost said 9.99 I didn't agree to the overcharge could u please refund me the difference

Please note that the employee address is only displayed when a long paystub template is selected, as the standard template does not have sufficient space to accommodate this information.

By Far The Best
I have tried many services and The Pay Stubs was the easiest to use by far. It gave me everything that I needed and I've used their services several times now. Each time I am very satisfied. However, I have noticed that in order to edit a pay stub, you now have to contact the company. Previously, you were able to go in and do minor edits.

Refund Promised but Never Received
Unfortunately, I can only give this company a 1-star rating.
I made a purchase on June 5, and the system froze during checkout, resulting in my card being charged three additional times. I contacted customer service immediately and was informed that the duplicate charges had been escalated to the appropriate department for processing. I was also told that my refund would be issued within 24–48 hours.
It has now been several weeks, and I still have not received my refund or any meaningful update regarding the status of my case. I guess my refund wasn't their concern, even after I was told it had been escalated and would be resolved within two days.
The lack of follow-up and poor customer service has been extremely disappointing. I am writing this review in the hope of finally resolving this issue. It's unfortunate that I have to leave a public review just to hopefully receive a response.
