Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Perfume Shop in Bluewater shopping centre, thanks to Barbara! She went above and beyond to help us select the perfect perfume for our son’s birthday. She was incredibly helpful, chatty, and had a lovely smile that made the whole process enjoyable. She even took the extra time to wrap the gift beautifully, making it feel truly special. Super lovely shop with really helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help you find the right product.
I went in today to get a birthday gift, and Hameedah showed an array of options. Once I found my gift, she gift wrapped for me, and it’s that touch which will make this present even more thoughtful. Hameedah was super friendly and professional, and I had a nice conversation with her and Princess, another associate, whilst I was at the till. They’re both really lovely and a credit to the team!

What an amazing young lady very knowledgeable on all products very helpful on deciding what fragrances to buy. You could feel that she loves her job and the passion she has for it, she went the extra mile to make sure we was happy when we left, Both me and my daughter walked away from the shop feeling like we had been really looked after and we would definitely be going back and recommending to our family and friends.
Elizabeth definitely deserves recognition for the job she loves doing and for doing it so well.
