We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Elizabeth is amazing
Elizabeth helped us out at the bluewater store today. Genuinely such a lovely person, looked after us really well, we felt like VIPs. She helped us find a gift for multiple family members and took extra care in everything she did, including wrapping the gifts. Really enjoyed our time in the store today!

Barbara in bluewater is lovely
I asked Barbara in the Bluewater store for advice on a spring/summer fragrance for my son (he has already tried a few and couldn’t decide). She automatically suggested 3 and went out of her way to get testers for us. He ended up buying 2 of the 3 very happily and really likes them. She was friendly and kind and looked after us so well, giving us a discount and some freebies. Can’t recommend this store highly enough. Our second experience there and last time the staff were all helpful too.
