Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I had a wonderful experience at The Perfume Shop, thanks to Adam and Sonia.
Adam was outstanding—knowledgeable, quick-thinking, incredibly patient, and
genuinely dedicated to helping us find exactly what we were looking for. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable.
Sonia was also incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to assist us, and together they made a fantastic team.
If you’re visiting The Perfume Shop, I highly recommend asking for Adam. You’ll be in the best hands!

Exemplary customer service from Usef
I was served by a member of staff named Usef. He was polite, super approachable and friendly, professional, knowledgeable about fragrances in general and also current trends. He was incredibly patient with me as I had come to pick up an online order but also wanted to refund another order and in addition to that I was looking to purchase another and so I asked to sample many fragrances before I made a decision on which to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and able to help me to narrow down the type of scent that would suit my taste. I had a great customer experience and I left very satisfied with my purchase. I also felt that I left the store with an increased knowledge on fragrances in general and the factors to take into account when choosing a fragrance. It was the type of customer service that all staff should aspire to deliver and I will definitely look forward to returning to the store again there next time I plan to purchase a fragrance.
