Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. First time visiting this perfume shop and we had such a lovely experience. Zak served us and was genuinely so friendly, helpful and patient. He took the time to show us different fragrances and helped us find exactly what we liked without making us feel pressured at all.
Really happy with the service and the overall experience. Zak made our first visit a great one and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such a lovely experience at The Perfume Shop on Saturday! I was served by Zac, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My husband and I were looking for the perfect birthday gift for a family member, and Zac was so friendly, patient and genuinely helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for.
He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice, and his knowledge and customer service were honestly fantastic. It’s so refreshing to receive such lovely service, and Zac really made our shopping experience feel special.

I’d seen a boxed offer online which wasn’t in the shop. The staff member checked and she could order for me delivered to my home free of charge ad I’m a registered customer. It arrived at home the next day.
