Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Present
I was buying the perfume for a present. The only trouble was I couldn't remember the name or see any in the shop. I new what the bottle looked like. The assistant was brilliant. He told me to carry on with my shopping and he would look on line and see if he could find the product. When I went back, the assistant found the name. Only they didn't have any, but could order it online fir me. Which I did. The product even came in time to give as present. Brilliant service and customer care.

Came for a lovely day out at boundary mill. Served by Dreesha at the perfume shop, she was very kind and helped me a lot finding the right scent for myself, I couldn’t find a specific perfume but she helped me a lot trying to find me one.
