A happy braw smelling couple
Debbie was very catering to us, she asked the right questions to narrow down the perfume my wife was looking for (YSL cherry crush) absolute wow! Also she made us aware of the offers so I got something for myself 50% off so Win win. Great customer service and just a nice friendly chat made all the difference. Thanks Debbie

Visited Dunfermline store on Sunday looking for prices for a gents fragrance, served by Claire who give all prices and size available, I mentioned to my husband that I could not see my fragrance and Claire asked which one I was looking for , she informed me she did have it and size available- great service from start to finish, I didn’t feel rushed and Claire had great product knowledge

Best service
Been in a few times before but the best experience I had today was with Claire so helpful so knowledgeable and I’m very picky with my scents but she was very patient and very informative definitely will be coming back into store rather than buying online.
