Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I was greeted in a friendly manner when I entered the store and the assistant - Fin - was very helpful and polite at ll times. I was also advised of the recycling service for empty perfume bottles.
This is my second purchase from The Perfume Shop and I will not only return in the future but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a perfume/aftershave purchase

Kim, was very helpful as soon as I walked into the store, she went into the back store for the perfume that I requested and not only that she gift wrapped that one, and I asked her if there was another perfume here that my wife liked, she got that too, I also brought a candle and some other fragrance, great experience throughout, Thanks Kim.

Excellent Customer Service.
Always shop in the Perfume Shop as staff are lovely and you always get a good deal. A few days ago I went in with my son and Kim helped us. She was so lovely to us. Not pushy at all like in other places and came across as very genuine. Was like being served by a friend. She is a credit to the company.

If I could give 10 stars I would, I left the shop hours ago and I’m still talking to my partner about how amazing the lady who served us was. Kim was absolutely phenomenal and made shopping for my wedding scent a customer service experience I don’t think will ever be topped. Definitely made my day ❤️
