The staff were really friendly however Ruby really stood out as she was very knowledgeable and very patient with me in order to find exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back.

Great staff
I had a great experience in the Northampton store, Ayush was super helpful in helping me decide which perfume would be best as a gift. Overall the customer service was perfect, I’d recommend!

I had issues with a faulty perfume bottle. I visited Leanne at the Northampton store and received amazing customer support. Leanne was friendly and understanding in relation to the issue and supported me with exchanging the item.

Amazing customer service!
Went into the store in Northampton to polity greeted by Leanne! Customer service was excellent, every question I asked about certain aftershaves and perfumes Leanne was perfect explaining all questions I did have, I will definitely be retuning! Leanne also showed a lot of interest with the conversation and I have recommended to my friends and family going into the store for future purchases

Bought a gift for my stepfather yesterday at the Perfume Shop in the Grosvenor Centre Northampton. Leanne and Steph were absolutely fab, friendly and wonderful customer service. I often go here as Leanne is always smiley and helpful. Lovely staff

I recently visited The Perfume Shop in Northampton with my girlfriend, and I can honestly say the experience was beyond exceptional, thanks to the incredible service provided by Charlie and Josh. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like royalty.
Charlie and Josh were not just patient; they were genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect scent. Their knowledge of perfumes is nothing short of encyclopedic! They didn't just suggest a few options—they curated a selection of fragrances tailored perfectly to my preferences, as if they could read my mind.
Their enthusiasm was infectious, and they made the whole process fun and exciting. Charlie's attention to detail and Josh's ability to pinpoint the perfect scent for different occasions were remarkable. They truly went above and beyond, turning what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into an unforgettable experience.
