Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Outstanding service
This was my first experience of The Perfume Shop. I phoned the Norwich, Chapelfield branch to obtain a difficult to buy Ralph Lauren Polo Green male perfume. The lady I spoke to was called Lilli and immediately advised me she had two in stock. I said I would be down directly and asked her to reserve both. On arrival I found Lilli to be very personable and most effecient. An absolute credit to her Company. So much so I spent another £90 on perfume for my wife.

Lovely clean store
