Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. good experience with Bronia
I had a really good experience with Bronia. She was very friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout . She took the time to show me different fragrances based on what I liked and gave me really good recommendations.
I especially appreciated that she understood that I wanted to try the fragrances before deciding what to buy. She patiently walked me through the different options, explained which ones would work well on the skin, and helped me narrow down my choice without making me feel rushed or pressured.
The service was excellent from start to finish, and her knowledge and friendly attitude made the whole experience really enjoyable. I ended up finding a fragrance I really liked. Thank you, Bronja, for the great service!
