I use The Perfume Shop online and visit my local store in Tunbridge Wells. Whilst the online service has been faultless I prefer to shop in store if I’m able to as the staff there are very knowledgable, friendly, helpful and never rush or try to push you into making a decision.

Very welcoming and helpful
Andrea was welcoming and helpful, we felt heard and made to feel comfortable. She was very honest, she wasn't pushy and wasn't just trying to make a sale, it felt like she genuinely wanted to help us find a new scent.
Next time we need some more aftershave and perfume we definitely will go back to this store.
