I had a wonderful experience shopping at The Perfume Shop thanks to Rosie and Majka. They were both incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit.
They took the time to answer my questions, offered great recommendations, and made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Their excellent customer service and genuine care made choosing the perfect purchase so much easier.

I was served by Majlia (or Majka - sorry couldn’t read the name). She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she showed me so many options based on my very vague description of what I liked. Very good customer service. So much easier in store than guessing online!
