Wonderful Experience at the Warrington Store
I visited the Warrington store yesterday to treat myself to a new fragrance, although I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. I was greeted by Abi, who was friendly, attentive and took the time to understand the types of scents I like. She quickly suggested a selection of perfumes that were exactly what I was after.
I'm absolutely delighted with my new purchase and really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Abi, for making the experience so enjoyable!

Went into the shop to look for aftershave for my husband didnt have a clue, Loren gave me lots of samples to smell and gave me lots of recommendations. I bought an aftershave and then the gift wrap was amazing too. Great service from start to finish definetly will be returning

I absolutely love coming to this perfume shop! Loren and the rest of the team at Warrington Mall are honestly incredible. They always go above and beyond with their expert advice, outstanding customer service, and endless patience while I take forever trying to decide! Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they always make the whole experience so enjoyable and welcoming. I always leave with the perfect fragrance and a smile on my face. I couldn't recommend Loren and the team highly enough!
