Wrong Prada perfume delivered
I bought a prada perfume refill for a birthday present. I was unaware that there are a few varieties which are packaged very similar. Consequently I bought the wrong one. I was told over the telephone I could return what I had bought and then they would be able to order the right perfume. Another refil bottle was ordered and arrived next day. The same wrong refil was delivered!
I made another journey into town. Went to Boots next door who had all three different varieties including the one requested. Bought it and returned the other bottle to your store for a refund as they couldn't order the right perfume as it was out of stock.
